Your privacy is a priority. Natural Cycles is designed to keep your data safe. ○ Natural Cycles requires a subscription to access its core features. Subscription options include monthly and annual plans. Natural Cycles is more than a period tracker. Most other fertility tracking apps assume your cycle is 28 days long, even though 87% of women have cycle lengths that don't fit into the 28 day pattern... We understand that birth control is not a one-size-fits-all. Your cycle is unique to you! Our algorithm uses personalized temperature data to confirm your ovulation, reducing the risk of you being assigned an incorrect fertile day. Unlike period trackers, the NC° app allows you to identify your fertility status daily, so you can prevent pregnancy or plan for it with greater precision. From birth control to planning pregnancy and every cycle in between – Natural Cycles is there for you with each stage of your fertility journey. Still not sure? Download the app and test out our Demo Mode. The app supports syncing with Apple Health. *E. Having hormonal birth control being normalized is absolutely insane! Over the past 14 years I have tried many different pills, mirena, paraguard, got pregnant on paraguard and eventually got on the ring, which then I had a negative reaction to when I switched generic brands. After that I was recommended NC by a friend and I’m so pleased! Taking my temperature can be annoying but I like that you can track different symptoms throughout the month to learn your body better. It’s been 13 months and going good for me, even with long covid. I have been unsuccessful with a reimbursement from my health insurance but I live in the USA so 🤡

I use this app with my Oura ring and it’s truly amazing! I’ve learned so much about my body and it feels amazing to not be in a heavy birth control that messes with my hormones and mind and body! 100/1000 recommendation!!!

I love this app! And my partner enjoys being able to see my stats too lol I feel though that seeing a heart or some sort of icon would be nice to see the calendar view of when intimately was. Such as a heart or somethin. But other than that, loving it!
  • UNPLANNED PREGNANCY

This app alone is not going to help you prevent pregnancy, even with consistent use and logging it still calculated my ovulation window wrong and then tried to back track and change the dates but it was already too late! I was pregnant. If you are trying to track to prevent you need other tools as well- read the book Taking Charge of My Fertility- now with that knowledge and the app you are more likely to be successful. Knowing what I know now- YOU CANNOT PREDICT FUTURE FERTILITY WITH PAST TEMPERATURES ALONE. I personally cancelled my subscription and no longer use NC

I was on birth control (depo shot for 6 months then nexplanon for 4 years) I gained 40 pounds and hated how I felt. I’ve lost control over my body. After putting in my Nexplanon again for the second time, I started having mood changes and starts of depression, which scared me cause I had no history of that. I decided to make the choice to remove my birth control, but wanted to do research on natural birth control methods and I came across Natural Cycles. It has been accurate and I haven’t had any pregnancy scares since removing my birth control six months ago. I finally have a regular period and ovulation and I finally feel like I have my body back however I do not use this as my only birth control method I do use male latex condoms in conjunction with the app however it’s nice to know what my body is growing through and at what time. If you’re looking for a more holistic non toxic approach to birth control I recommend natural cycles.
  • Too expensive

App is actually really great, but they keep increasing the prices and it’s a bit ridiculous to have to pay $20 a month to keep up with your cycle, the only way you can save is by signing up for an annual bill that’s over $100 💀 I miss when this subscription was only $9 it was totally worth it then. After the last 2 price increases I have to call it quits which is a shame because I liked using this

I love being able to track my cycle and control when I get pregnant without the side effects of birth control. Thank you so much
  • Pay a lot of money to be told to use condoms 24/7

I paid for a year to be told by the app to use condoms all the time, for months. I synced with the oura for period logging, and when I asked for a refund because it’s not working well, I have “Fanny” telling me I’m not reporting my period… I don’t want to deal with annoying customer service talking about the ins and outs of my period, nor do I want random people being able to see and comment on my period either. Yuck, terrible experience all around. I should have stuck to just Oura because I’ve had no benefit from this.
  • Graphs need work

The graphs in this app that display all of your information and show the algorithm’s predictions are some of the worst graphs I’ve ever seen. It looks like an unfinished project by a high school student… and I bought this app specifically for access to the visual management of my data and the algorithm. I could have just done it myself in excel/sheets, and starting to wish I did. Please fix the graphs! The positive of this app is it provides a lot of information about your cycle and the female reproductive system overall. Good stuff we of course never got taught in school. But I’ve had the app a couple weeks and haven’t seen anything new, so not sure how often new blogs and quizzes get added. If they don’t add new ones often, you’ll go through them all pretty fast.
