Natural Cycles is more than a period tracker. Most other fertility tracking apps assume your cycle is 28 days long, even though 87% of women have cycle lengths that don't fit into the 28 day pattern... We understand that birth control is not a one-size-fits-all. Your cycle is unique to you! Our algorithm uses personalized temperature data to confirm your ovulation, reducing the risk of you being assigned an incorrect fertile day. Unlike period trackers, the NC° app allows you to identify your fertility status daily, so you can prevent pregnancy or plan for it with greater precision. From birth control to planning pregnancy and every cycle in between – Natural Cycles is there for you with each stage of your fertility journey. Still not sure? Download the app and test out our Demo Mode. The app supports syncing with Apple Health. *E. We used this for a year before we tried to get pregnant. After it knowing my cycle for a year, it only took a one time to get pregnant. We were lucky that way but also thinking it had to do with this app.

I came off of birth control in May and was exploring my options when a friend told me about Natural Cycles and Oura. I was very skeptical at first and I’ve only been at this a month so I still somewhat am however, learning the way my unique cycle works, is super helpful and insightful. I get really sore breasts just before my period and now I know it’s likely due to rise in progesterone. I also get cramps what seemed sporadically, but now I know it’s usually before ovulation and during my period. It was so cool to see the app predict what my body was going to do and then see it line up in real time. Even if you don’t use it to prevent pregnancy- it’s still so cool to make those connections about your body.
  • Unreliable and potentially detrimental

The app sounds wonderful on the surface but the reality is it’s just guessing and can’t accurately predict cycles or when you may or may not get pregnant. Foolish and naively, I went in not realizing just how inaccurate it was and found myself with an unwanted pregnancy due to bad information by the app. I’m sure the customer service team will chime in with corporate speak about how anything can happen, no outcomes are 100%, and they don’t guarantee anything, but when you’re paying for an app and that product has been marketed to you as a solution, one should expect more. Stay away is my advice.

I got of hormonal birth control in Feb and thought it would be soooo complicated, but the app made it so easy to understand and keep track of everything.

I have loved this app, it helped me get pregnant when paired up with the Oura Ring but recently the app has been malfunctioning and not letting me use it saying “there is no internet service”. It’s very frustrating because I’m paying for it! Otherwise, I love it for fertility and pregnancy tracking.

The app tracks everything except for when your subscription is being renewed. No warning, no email reminder, just a charge to your credit card with no notice. I wish apps respected their users and didn’t use these dark tactics to keep subscribers. Set a calendar reminder for yourself, because NC won’t alert you about your subscription cycle, only your menstrual cycle.

  • Misleading in-app purchase

I was looking in the App Store for a way to track my period and made this purchase based on how highly rated this app is and once I’d purchased the app for $123 I was informed (by the app) that it won’t function with my hormonal birth control even though I have a regular period with my iud. I was disappointed and felt mislead by the description in the Apple Store. Tried to request a refund and the company has a zero refund policy. Was told to get refunded by Apple since I bought it in the Apple App Store and it doesn’t show up in my purchases. Feels like such a scam and super disappointed in their in-app marketing which is completely vague on use-case. One star on their return policy and approach.

It is not possible to use the app with oura ring. The data is completely inaccurate, it picks a baseline at random and uses oura data from there and you can’t change it, totally ridiculous, was multiple degrees off. You can only this with their thermometers. DO NOT BOTHER IF YOU HAVE OURA RING.
