    I signed up for IP Vanish & it works as it should. HOWEVER I want to cancel my service because I now get free IP hide protection through my work. There is absolutely no link on IP Vanish website to stop auto-pay or to cancel service. Apparently I am now TRAPPED in a cage with this service. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH IP VANISH unless you want to pay for the rest of your life.

    I have been using IPVanish for years. I've never been blocked. I have rarely had a hard time with disconnects. I have all the years I have used this app. It has happened maybe three times. But with Killswitch enabled it doesn't matter what's the VPN drops it automatically kills your Internet connection. Nothing fancy just an awesome VPN. getting the multiple device plan is obviously the way to go. Right now I have it just on my phone and my computer. I used to use it on my PlayStation 4 as well. I have not tried it on my PS five yet. Anyways you can't beat the price. You can't beat the Results. I have tried a few other VPNs and the first one I tried was the one you always see commercials for it's always advertised .. didn't like it and it was too expensive for what it is it's just a friggin VPN… They act like they're selling gold. This app is half the price and the performance blows them all away in my opinion. You get more out of this app for 10 bucks a month than you do for any of those other 20 or $30 plans as other VPNs have .it's almost funny that anybody would even use those. Actually, it is.

  • Fraudulently charged for YEAR subscription $98+. Denied refund. N

    Firstly, the money that I was fraudulently charged for, was money we CANNOT afford to lose. This was the only money left to feed my family this week & now we are left confused and hungry. Please make this right. I will compromise I was charged over $98+ for a YEARLY subscription to this app after, not only, cancelling the free trial EARLY, but also deleting the app entirely for my personal devices. I already have a subscription with my other iPhone to McAfee, provided free to me through my carrier, but it lwas never able to deliver good results. That’s why I tested your app, but it was way too expensive to keep. My app review: This is a very good VPN/IP address location changer service, & also offers WireGuard as an option. I wouldn’t have cancelled if it weren’t for the expensive service costs. This is my honest opinion, regardless of current situation. If IPVanish team is willing to give me my refund, I’d love to pay for lowest cost/lowest time-length subscription offered to cover any use for today, cancel this entirely or ‘downgrade subscription’, delete the app, & feed my family, this is very serious. We are suffering a financial crisis due to bank fraud, and then this happened at exactly wrong moment to leave me with nothing to even feed my family. I’ve cried over this. I don’t cry often. Due to being charged, I decided to use the app today & think it’s not worth the money, but would still be willing to take an offer to downgrade to a 3-month with partial refund, if you are willing. That way you still make some money & I can honor the store for people that depend on me. Apple attempted to charge me full-price for the year subscription AGAIN just to switch to your offer to downgrade to 3-month, with difference refunded, option that’s offered by your app’s subscription options in ‘manage subscriptions’ page here on the App Store. Please help if you can, that was my family’s food money this week. I never chose to resubscribe, email used for account is different than one for my AppleID that you see here. If you need to ask me any questions, or need copies of my emails, please contact me immediately via email me using the primary email provided for my App Store/AppleID account.

    I signed up for an account on April 18th. Got the annual subscription because it has a one week free trial first. Immediately canceled the subscription so I wouldn’t forget, knowing that the free trial should stay in place as it has every time I have ever downloaded anything with a free trial. Apple subscriptions says my subscription ends April 25th. That is no surprise. I go back to the app to connect and it says “inactive account: please review the status of your account.” I go to settings and then account. it all looks the same, it also says “renewal date: April 25th.” this confused me. I looked online for awhile and found nothing so I used the live chat function. a bot connected me with “Albert” who I gave my email to check what was up. I was told “The account [email] was purchased as a free trial and already canceled” I then had to explain i canceled because I can still use the free trial afterwards. They asked me for receipts, obviously I didn’t pay anything so I have to keep explaining the situation as I have here. I had a 45 minute ish long conversation with Albert. They kept telling me to read a two sentence article on their website about free trials. “Canceling your App store subscription before the end of the 7th after signup, will end your subscription with us and you will not be charged.” I think that was repeated about 5 times. That was about 30 mins of this. All I wanted was the rest of the free trial I was told I was going to get. not only by apple but by this app. Albert if you are reading this I know you were just doing your job. Customer service/support are my heroes because I would lose my mind. Thanks for dealing with me and all the other people good and bad. That said I hate this app with a burning passion now so please don’t download it. it’s not worth your time.
