    I’ve almost always used my laptops but thought I’d use my iPad so I could cut with all 3machines at once. Why is there no shapes option on iPad? Really missing some crucial things. I don’t remember this app being so limited in the past.

    The latest update wants me to choose a machine but there are no machines to choose from. I’m unable to do anything in the app anymore.

    I see a 4th is coming out. How about we get the app up to speed first before your competitors figure out how to make us happy. Not asking for much, be able to save my stuff and recall it when needed, not waste $100s of products because now it wants to cut something that isn’t even part of design, backgrounds are like the name suggests backgrounds not everything that’s white on design. I could keep going on but I’m getting more mad by the minute.

    I love this app so easy to use but after this recent update my app has completely stopped working, when i open the app it makes me reconnect my cricut device but then tells me there is no device to connect and to make sure my app is updated which it is!! If i bypass connected the device the app just loads and loads and doesn’t allow me to use it! Pleasee fix it!!

    The App is garbage. I have had my cricut for years. Now they updated the App and my cricut will no longer connect. It makes a perfectly good machine completely worthless. I would not recommend this brand. Very disappointing after being a longtime customer. I will be looking for a new product to replace my cricut now.

    One update ruined it all! No app support and have spent way too much time researching problem. Update after update (6-8 so far) and I still can’t use the slice function anymore. Backgrounds come out wonky and blown up each and every time. Quality of of png. No, because it happens to png’s I have beautiful slices of…. But if I use same one now as a test, the results are distorted each and every time. I have tried many work arounds to no avail. Very discouraged.

    My Explore Air2 still has glitch issues, though not as bad, after several updates. The titles of my works (as many as 18 at one time) seemed to random re-assign themselves to all match one of title. This required me to open each project to see what was actually in it. Lately it seems to be behaving 98% well. Side note: I usually run two sticky sheets (in rotation) to cut down on time, and if I don’t pause between sheets at least 3 seconds, the machine will get confused, and try to re-cut the previous sheet.
