Please be careful! If you receive a duplicate certificate it cannot be removed by Coursera. I had to delete my account because of this and restart everything all over again.
  • Readings on iPad is a small dialog box

Readings in any course on iPad are shown in a very tiny box. They should be full screen to read properly.
  • Unable to Enroll, Terrible Customer Support

For 3 days I have tried to enroll in my course and update my payment. An error keeps showing that it cannot direct me to the payments page. I tried on 3 different devices. No email explaining why. I tried reaching out to customer support but the page does not exist. This has been the most frustrating experience, Im done with this money hungry company that lacks compassion for learners. Id rather go to Udemy now
  • Landscape mode needs work on iPad Pro

The app isn’t optimized for landscape use. Text-based lectures open in a small modal window, and video lectures split the screen between video and transcript—making the video view way too small. It feels like the app was only designed for portrait mode, which doesn’t make sense given that many users pair their iPads with keyboards and trackpads. I had to uninstall the Coursera app and switch to the browser version, which offers a much better experience on iPad.
  • Need Computer to Complete This Section

I just downloaded this app and started a Google Cybersecurity Course. After the intro video, I was given a pop up that I needed a computer to complete the next section. Why have an app if I can’t use it!
  • Interface issues

I wish the interface was more tablet friendly and was able to enhance certain readings in windows. They stay at one seze and done change going from landscape to portrait and vice versa
