    The VPN freezes when connecting to WiFi and prevents me from accessing WiFi. The only solution is to uninstall and reinstall the app, which I have to do several times every day.

    I have recently downloaded the application and intend to provide an update following my trial period, if applicable. Upon reviewing approximately twenty of the most recent user reviews, I have a question for the developer. There has been expressed concern regarding a potential price increase. Do you not believe it is ethically appropriate to grandfather in customers who have maintained their subscriptions for one year or more while adjusting their billing to reflect the difference accordingly? If I were the developer or a co-owner, I would consider this approach to be fair and reasonable. Should a customer choose to cancel their subscription and subsequently return after a period of two months or longer, they would understandably forfeit the original pricing structure. It would be prudent to maintain a record of these loyal customers separately, as they have consistently supported your business over the years through their financial contributions.

    I’m trying to resolve an issue and I keep getting thrown back to the FAQ. There is no contact info to be found anywhere. No help at all. Extremely frustrating!

  • McAfee Did Not Stop Serious Makware and Did Not Care

    I had McAfee on my computer, "protecting" it and it not only did not work, their scans showed my computer was fine. My bank alerted me to check my computer. Even though the scan showed it was not affected, I contacted a professional who came to my house and ran scans and it had serious malware, affecting the power frame. I had to actually get a new computer and have all my data scanned using another (better) malware program. McAfee said I should have called them not an IT professional so they could have fixed it (how?? Their program showed nothing wrong). It cost me $1600 in new computer and IT fees and I think it's a terrible company. I did screenshoot the malware message screenshots and sent to McAfee so they could help others but from their attitude of we don't care I can only assume they did nothing. They certainly never contacted me or helped me. This was 2 weeks ago.

    I’ve used it for years. But my iPad blocked traffic, no wifi. Deleted the app and instant wifi. My friend who has never had it got a message that she bought a 5 year plan and $500 was going to be taken out of her account. Be careful out there.

  • Mobile App not displaying account billing for the Admin!

    App is of very little value. App is very insufficient because it doesn’t display or allow the Account Admin access to what devices are covered, the renewal date, cost of subscription, etc.

    On Trustpilot it says I can’t leave a review because the company’s website closed down. I had gone to Trustpilot after downloading the McAfee Security App where it ran a scan and said it found my email on the dark web. Confused I went to Aura got the app did a scan of my email and it said no threats found. So I don’t understand what’s happening but Aura is endorsed by people I trust

    But when you click visit anyway. One would think that the customer could do that without jumping thru hoops. My guess is that the website didn’t pay you so you only want to allow visits to ensure that do pay you.
