    Terrible, frequent glitches and customer service that won’t help! I tried working with “customer service-lol,” but my problems took up to three months to process and I were sent to developers to improve. Your claim will be dropped if you don't check back every 48 hours. If you complain, they will tell you to stop playing until you want to have fun again and your mood improves. These were scripted replies I got several times (paraphrased). It's not worth anyone’s time to be cut off while playing and cheated out of customer “service” after the week’s goal finishes without you and possibly hours put in.

    I do not recommend download and play this game. They initially help you to collect a certain amount. Then when you reach a certain amount, the winnings stop coming in. All this is done so that you spend your money. If you do not spend money, then winning is impossible. I had 45,000,000,000, in a week I lost everything. No prizes showed up on the different games. I am deleting this game and do not want to deal with them.

    This game is so boring, first of all it takes too much to even qualify for some type of jackpot. I was playing the Shaquille golf. Just to qualify for the stupid jackpot you need to bet 9 million coins per spin. I had about 500 million points in 15 minutes later I had zero coins and didn’t even hit one simple bonus or a free spin during the game. This game is so boring to just take away 500 million coins in a 10 minute span with not a single bonus or free spin. Whenever I would win I would win 1% of my bet. Betting 9 million and winning just 100,000 for something like that. I can’t even win my bet back. What is the point of even playing the stupid game when it just takes everything that you have in a 10 minute span. I bought coins several times. I was up to 56 billion. Slowly losing every day. Never hitting free spins. I was down to 33 b today. I just want 1 free spin. I kept spinning over and over from 33b all the way down to 10b and not ONE SINGLE bonus. Like what do I have to do to get one bonus. Spend $100 and spin the entire amount? I HAVE BETTER LUCK IN VEGAS

    First I’ll start with the pop up ads begging you to spend money every few seconds, you literally can’t click on anything until you exit the ad after ad after ad wasting a ton of time. Most importantly though do not ever play this app because of an offer received through other sites such as freecash.com , they manipulate you by paying you the first super small offers than you spend your money to achieve the bigger offers but once you do they will not honor anything and do not care how much proof or evidence you have. They are simply a very big scam to prey on others. I suggest playing a different casino game iv played plenty others and this one doesn’t compare at all. Any positive ads are fake or paid for ( if they can even pay lol )

    I have had this game for years and it only gets worse. First they changed the format that you can't play a hand without extra help but I finally worked my way up to almost able to play without assistance then due to a family emergency I didn't get to log in for one day and all of a sudden I am back to square one. I'm done with it.

    Forces you to play certain games by locking your screen until you play it. Do not like being forced. So not playing the game until this ‘control’ over my screen is removed. It was an awesome game … not so much now.
