It’s designed to help you align your life with the principles of Scripture, so you can live a happier, healthier, and more fulfilling life. In today’s fast-paced world, many of us feel overwhelmed, anxious, and distracted, struggling even to find rest. At the same time, we’re longing for deeper meaning, purpose, and authentic relationships. The good news is, both of these challenges share a common solution: true peace in Jesus. WHY USE DUOMO? Unlock the Bible’s Power: Reading the Bible is great, but truly understanding it? That’s a game-changer. When you dig into the Word, and it starts clicking, it can transform everything. Develop habits rooted in Christian values: Habits that cultivate patience, kindness, gratitude, and faithfulness in every aspect of your life, whether it’s starting your day with prayer, practicing acts of service, or engaging in daily reflection on Scripture. Rediscover God’s Word: Come away not just with more knowledge, but with a renewed sense of wonder and a deeper connection to the God who loves us beyond measure. WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU? At Duomo, we believe spiritual self-development begins with the small things, the habits we build one step at a time. And those little habits? They lead to big life change. We also know that each one of us has the power to shape the world around us. When we live by Christian values, as revealed in the Bible, we can transform not only ourselves but our entire community—and even society at large. So, what can you expect from Duomo? Here are some of our core features: • Daily prayers to start your day with God. • Structured daily devotions. Don’t just read the Bible. I stumbled onto this app during the summer and thought about trying. I guess I had signed up but forgot all about it till I was charged $99. I tried to use it and getting locked out after one devotional really is not my cup of tea. I again forgot about this app, and continued to use Through the Word app that lets you do as many as you want….for free. I then got charged another $99 three months after the first charge. I cannot delete the app (it won’t let me), no person to call about the discrepancy, just an email and who knows when they’ll contact me. Not happy with this app and wish I never came across it :(
  • Way too expensive

They try to charge you either $70/yr or $10/wk before you can even see the app, while also telling you the $520/yr option is the most cost effective. Look, I’m not against anyone making money, but $70 (say nothing of the $520 option) is far too much for what I assume is just a devotional app. Granted, I don’t actually know what it is since they, again, won’t let you see without paying one of said ridiculous prices. Stick to the Bible app.
  • Annoying

I purchased the 6 month plan and started my program. On Sunday, I was busy with my church and then Monday and Tuesday I missed so today, I finally had a block of time I wanted to set aside to “catch up” on the lessons I missed but it’s locked and I can only do one a day. I get the purpose is to do it daily but I paid for 6 months. If it’s not going to be extended the days I missed, then I would like my money back and I will look for a different program. It’s the principal of getting the 180 days I paid for.
  • Not sure how $9.99/week for 52 weeks is Best Value

Immediately not interested when it appears to just be a money grab. The very first page after you sign up for an account requires you to purchase a subscription in order to even see what the app is about. In addition to that, they have a “Best Value” next to the $9.99/week subscription (which equates to almost $520/yr) whereas the other option is an annual subscription for $69. If they interpret $520/yr as Best Value over the $69 subscription, I’m inclined to believe their interpretations of the Bible won’t be any better lol.
  • Beware of their refund policy.

They have a draconian refund policy. If you don’t keep your subscription for a minimum amount of time they say they will not fully refund you.

As someone who grew up in a Christian church going household, I know the tenants of the Bible and Christianity very well. But I had lost interest in faith over the years. I am at a point in my life where I need something solid as my foundation in life. For too long it has been sex, success at work, alcohol, tobacco and any other temporary pleasure. I am 62 so still have plenty of healthy life ahead of me but I want something more and this is opening the door for that. I look forward to each days lesson and study it carefully.
  • Pricey, no preview before commitment

I don’t understand why you must make an account once the app is downloaded, followed by 5 slide introduction (not helpful or informative) just to send you to a paywall. You get two options: $10/wk or $70/year. The hilarious thing is it tell you the weekly option is the best value. Let’s see… 52 weeks in a year X $10 is $520. And the yearly is $70? That’s terribly misleading. My other gripe is not getting any preview, layout, or understanding of the app (other than a several slide presentation that isn’t helpful at all) before making the commitment of paying for a subscription. How is there not a trial week? Or a “lite” version that lets you see the most basic functions of the app and grey out the “premium” (paid for) options. There’s got to be some workaround. It saddens me because I’d like to try the app and I’m sure there are some great redeeming qualities but I won’t pay a dime for something I have no idea if I would like or not.
  • App is not synced to website

I think this is a good start to get someone back on track and their daily devotionals. However, the app is not synced to the website. The app shows me starting, whereas on the website I’ve gone through quite a few devotionals and those can’t be found anywhere on the app. Also when going through the thoughts and discussion portion, it would be nice to either go back and read what we have previously typed or even be able to make edits if we accidentally press submit before completing.
