    Be mindful of the plan options you decide to pay for. The annual plan shows up first and shows how much you’d pay monthly as a result of signing up for the annual plan. You have to select the inconspicuously hidden monthly tab to only get charged the monthly rate. Also, don’t bother trying to contact the various customer service email addresses. They simply ignored each one of my attempts. Post Review Update: That’s great your app is making improvements, but that doesn’t solve my problem. So it’s probably a good idea that you respond to my emails I’ve sent previously.

    I been using this app for a wile now before the update now that this update is gone on it says my pro subscription is active but i cant even do anything that the pro subscription calls for then when i refresh it it just saying nothing is pending and when i go to my subscription it says basic plan im getting irradiated now and im paying for something that i cant even use now it needs to get fixed now or im gonna sue the creator for scamming and fraudulent charges i was content with it before the update now we are having problems im paying you now i need what i payed for or there will be problems

    Subscription model is broken and way confusing. Everyone I click on Pro features I’m promoted by a paywall and I have to bypass by paying for something to then be greeted by a “you’ve already paid for this”. Then I click “create” and get redirected back as a loop. Sometimes prompted by a smaller native confirmation dialog to pay for some pro credits. I’ve paid for as much as I can when it pops. It’s simply a poor UX with bugs. Text prompt is 50% accurate. It doesn’t work half the time and generates random contexts. Lyrics sometimes mispronounce words on an otherwise perfect song. That’s likely an Eleven Labs or OpenAI voice model issue is my guess. But I would like to be able to regenerate based on the same context, but fix little things like word pronunciation by re-promoting. “Extend” feature doesn’t work for me. Pay wall loops. Male voice options are very limited. I also get female 90% of the time even when asking for male vocals. My guess is your trained models are not large enough or the prompts you shape are biased. I cannot open Zip exports of Instrumentals and Stems. Appears Zip is corrupt. On occasion I get random lyrics generated after I apply them to a generated song. My guess is some variable is getting reset to null or empty string and it is taking some GenAI alternative. Please fix bugs.

    Eu baixei o app por que tinha gostado da forma de criação de músicas que me havia sido mostrada, havia criado uma música em português e paguei caro pela versão paga, porém o app simplesmente não aceita a língua portuguesa e seus acentos por exemplo: ÁÃÀÉÊÍÓÕÔÚ. Estou decepcionada por que paguei por algo que me foi mostrado, porém não existe. Eu entrei com um pedido de reembolso 2 vezes e foi negado! Eu não vou usar esse app considerando que não está disponível na minha língua (como mostrado na versão grátis)! Eu quero meu dinheiro de volta!!!

    Awful customer service… They are refusing a refund to swap from me monthly to yearly because I used some credits. If someone accidentally clicked yearly instead of monthly how would they even know before they were charged??? They clearly don’t care about their users…

  • Scam. Glitchy. Avoid at ALL costs. Absolutely terrible

    Their app glitched and forced an annual plan on me without my consent. I tapped to subscribe to a monthly plan, the screen froze, I tapped again, and suddenly I’m charged twice — then they refunded the cheap one and kept the expensive annual charge. I was in the app for five minutes. Total bait-and-switch. Support was dismissive, blamed me, and ignored the fact that their app caused the issue. I was also locked out of paid features the whole time. Don’t download — buggy app and absolutely terrible excuse of customer service. Literally a joke. Will report in more places and make this a problem. This is not how you handle your users.
