    I got the lost credits back AND the video eventually loaded that was frozen for over a day. Wouldn’t spend money on it, but the 60 daily credits keeps me happy.

    I have been trying to cancel PixVerse for the past 2 months and I keep getting what it seems a generic email with the same instructions. I follow the instructions and PixVerse doesn’t have a button where you can cancel the subscription. Keeps linking me back to my PayPal account. Then when I try to cancel through my PayPal account, a link brings me back to PixVerse app. It’s like a scam bouncing back and forth. I need to cancel my subscription. This shouldn’t be that hard. And there is not a phone number to talk to a human, just via email with the same instructions. Please help.

    So wait.. you charge a monthly fee then you ask for more money? I started making videos of my products coming to life. However, the AI's poor quality makes most of the videos unusable. I was then asked to pay more to continue making videos. The basic subscription, which costs $10 per month, only provides 1200 coins. I don’t remember seeing this when I signed up’. Each video costs 30 coins, so I made about 40 videos, but only 5-8 of them are good enough to post. The others are not usable. I have to either buy more coins or wait a month. But if you don’t pay a monthly fee fee you will get 60 free coins daily, so 2 videos free a day?). Makes no sense Why am I paying 10$ a monthly charge for 40 videos , When I can get 60 videos for free A month ?? - Twisted dolls

    I am paying for a monthly subscription, when I click on my profile someone else’s name and info pops up and they show as having created my videos. I can’t correct it or get any assistance, trying to find someone to address this is like trying to identify a grain of sand in the desert. I am beyond frustrated and will have to delete the account and try to start over.
