  • I love this app so much but…

I LOVE CLUE SO MUCH but it’s kinda weird that I have to pay to find out basic facts about my body and if I should be concerned about it. I know I can just google it if I really want to know about that stuff. I have brown spots after a couple days of my period every time and I wanted to see if the app had any information on it, so I clicked on the information button and I was surprised with a pop up about money and the subscription information. It’s ok if you want people to subscribe and stuff because obviously you need to make money but maybe some stuff like this can be left outside of the subscription for the little girls that don’t understand what if going on with there body.

    Good app
  • many features locked behind subscription

Originally I loved this app to track my cycle. However, the devs have slowly been taking away features and locking them behind a subscription. Used to be able to use the analysis tab to quickly get an overview of what I logged previously. Now it’s all blurred out and I have to pay premium to see it. I understand needing the subscription model to fund this app, but taking away basic features like that stinks of greed especially as they brand themselves as a women’s health company.
  • Cost money

I hate this app ever since they brought the “plus” features you have to pay for. It’s constantly asking me to subscribe and the features are now limited unless you pay. Switching apps, this is so greedy and annoying.

  • Doesn’t reflect data-useless

I’ve been using Clue for over a year now and I input my positive LH tests regularly. I evidently ovulate earlier in my cycle than whatever set number Clue has because it’s always late and always wrong. It has never adjusted to reflect this data. Which is pretty useless for tracking fertility. Apple Health does a better job of adjusting when you add more data and predicting. Don’t waste your money
  • Inaccurate information.

It’d be great, if they had a CLUE what they were talking about. While trying to find a go-to period tracker, I was set on this one.. until it gave me completely different information than the other apps I’ve tried. So disappointing because with a period app, you would hope that’d be the one thing you could rely on. Why is this the only app telling me I’m ovulating at the exact same time of my periods, and I’m supposed to have 2 periods every month? They’ve got it all messed up. Put all my information and history in just the same as other apps. An accurate fertility tracker wouldn’t keep telling me to expect to be fertile every time I’m seeing blood. 🤦🏼‍♀️
  • Extraordinarily annoying

The number of pop ups/ads that come up every time you open the app is extraordinarily annoying. It’s almost like they’re doing it intentionally to try and get you to subscribe to their membership just so the ads stop popping up. I would’ve stopped using this app a while ago if I didn’t already have so much data stored on it.
  • Enough ads

The app itself is good for a free app but the way I get sometimes up to FIVE ads always running 90% off the subscription service drives me insane. It’s every time I open the app and sometimes while the app is open if I toggle between interfaces. It’s a deterrent for using the app.
