    Downloaded the app. Purchased a monthly subscription through the App Store. Got confirmation from Apple and was charged. Tennis Channel says I don’t have a subscription. They’ve stolen my money.

  • Horrible at casting

    Great app when used only on your phone. But it’s SO buggy when trying to chromecast or airplay! It freezes constantly and makes it so hard to keep up with a match. It’s incredibly frustrating to use, which is sad because the TC’s coverage is great and the app works well on the phone! Just need to fix the issue with casting. Don’t have this issue casting from any other app I have. Hoping this can get fixed quickly before all the big tournaments coming!

    Glad we finally can do multiview already. So far so good. Only bad thing is that during multiveiw cast it keeps randomly crashing & closing the app in the Apple TV. Ticket submitted.

    Seriously? This day in age an app this bad? Im a subscriber, use the app with my Apple TV 4K. Almost every time I use the app to watch a match I get this weird “we’ve run into a problem” error - and literally nothing short of deleting the app and reinstalling clears the error. Then the whole re download and sign in. It is full shop terrible. If I didn’t live tennis I’d give this app the middle finger. Hey tennis channel - do better!

  • Can’t even sign up

    After a few years of reading terrible reviews I saw some recent positive ones so decided to try it for a month. So.... I download the app and went under sign up to create an account. I continued getting “sign up error “. So after that I went online to try sign up and then a get a message that my email is already in use. I attempted to sign in and click forgot password and put my email address in so I can reset the password and after 2 hours still nothing. Why is it so hard to watch tennis 🤦‍♀️ Update- I decided to use a new email address and was able to pay on the app but now I can’t watch ANY matches. I’ve tried on the app and even signed in to the website and same thing.. it tells me to subscribe when to chose a match to watch😡

    Can’t believe after all of these years and numerous bad reviews that TC still can’t get their act together with the app. THE WORST!!! Its interface is awful. It doesn’t keep me logged in. Have to delete and re add every month and create a new password cause it doesn’t retain information. The upgraded version is worse than the original. And good luck with their customer service. They just DON’T CARE!!!!! They are the only game in town and have a monopoly. Tennis channel and their app is just AWFUL!!!!

  • Cable-Free Subscription, Poor Streaming Quality

    Finally, we’re got TC Plus on a monthly subscription base and Tennis Channel broadcasts without cable. The TV app user interface has been much improved, and bugs are less common. Unfortunately, the streaming quality is awful, with lots of compression artifacts, poor resolution and washed out colors, out of sync audio — sometimes is hard to even make out player’s faces on the shadows or nearby people in the crowd. The Tennis Channel’s feed looks better but not great by any means. I like to keep TC PLUS but they’re making it really hard for those watching on TV
