  • Disappointing Experience After Initial Promise

    At first, I thought AI Minutes was great—it seemed like a helpful tool for capturing meeting notes. However, after purchasing and using it for a couple of weeks, the app began logging me out repeatedly, and my meeting notes disappeared, even though I was using the same account. Eventually, it just stopped working altogether and wouldn’t transcribe anything. I was really disappointed with the reliability and wouldn’t recommend it. I’d suggest exploring other AI meeting apps that are more stable and trustworthy.

    Had a 4 out of 18 successful lecture recordings. The other 8 would appear to be recording for 100 minutes just like the others but at the end would hit transcribe and get a processing error. Each time I’d email about this and I’d be given instructions to retry the transcribe process, however after numerous back and forths they said oh there isn’t a retry button but we’re developing it soon ! And then all my refund attempts declined. So to wrap it up I wasted $15 a month for 4.5 months

    My records disappeared and I could not find them. This was the entire reason for downloading the app and be able to reference it later.

    No dark mode is an instant deal killer for me. Cannot stand to look at those bright white glaring screens anymore.

    This is such a helpful tool to get a summary of a meeting. It allows anyone using it to get a full overview of meeting and use the notes that AI gives to professionally log everything said in a meeting.

    I was hopeful with this app, I recently used it at a very important conference to record multiple sessions. I was logged in and it was clearly recording the entire time. I logged in this morning and they're all gone. And no, I don't have multiple accounts as I've seen you respond to others with that response. I have one account that I used one login and still the content disappeared.
