The site is problematic and the app is totally unnecessary. Just create a folder and subfolders to store the .pdf manual files. Hey Apple, take a look at this app. Does it belong on the APP Store? I think not.

I don’t recall downloading this application, but from what I understood, I did so in order to read a product manual. I hardly believe that any product exists that doesn’t have this in a PDF. When I saw it in my app folder, I clicked on information. It had no information as to identify the software or the origin. Most would think it was an Apple product. An unneeded program that hides the authorship sends up red flags.

I agree with Jeff Troutt's (Jan 19) review. Apple needs to delete this Apple Store app because it sure looks fraudulent as well as useless. I wasted a lot of time trying to decipher this software, only to find that I wasted my time and useless installed spyware. You'll do better by just googling the device you're looking for.

For someone who is not tech savy this site is impossible to use. I've owned and used Apple computers for many years and I find them harder and harder to navigate. Isn't technology suppose to make it easier for everyone? I cked one star but that was a mistake. For me this site is useless. I'm 71 and it appears that you can't wait for my generation to die off.

This app is a search engine that finds apps that want to ell you something. It doesn’t find manuals. NOTE TO APPLE. THIS. APP APPEARS FRAUDULANT AND YOU SHOULD CONSIDER REMOVING IT FRIM THE APP STORE

Wants all your data (probably to sell)

This extension will only work if you select "Always Allow on Every Website" which gives the creator of this extension access to all your data from every site you visit.
From the OS:
"This extension would be able to read and alter every webpage you visit, and see all your browsing history."
So the manuals are not free - you are paying with your data. If you're OK with that, go ahead and download and activate this spyware.
