    The app used to be good. Then they removed the ability to add a message to your like. Then they started charging money for you to just see the people that like you. Are you serious? What kind of scam is this? If you truly wanted to help people match and meet their potential spouses, why the freak are you making it for free users to see people. Clearly you sisters just want the money and not actually to help people. Even tinder is better than this trash now

    I paid for the premium version & I spent more time finding how to find customer service than using the app. There is NO phone number for customer service. It’s too expensive ($35) a month to NOT and able to get the chat to work!! It’s a frustrating waste of time!!

    I purchased the premium and with their so-called “high-quality matches only,” and am getting about 2 people shown per day. This is incredibly disappointing and misleading as one of the benefits of premium was “unlimited suggested.” I have widened my filters significantly and still get the same result. Also, what’s really annoying is that adjusting your filters only applies to the NEXT batch of potential matches, meaning that a whole day is wasted from my paid subscription if I don’t end up selecting the right filter. Not that there has been a filter that’s worked for me. The constant bombardment to upgrade to the highest subscription tier and to buy flowers is unwarranted and done in bad taste - I’m already a paying customer, why are you already asking me to pay even more? I get that these apps profit on upselling their customers, but I have virtually zero incentive to do so after such a negative experience. To top it all off, the customer service is non-existent. I sent in a customer service request over 2 weeks ago and still haven’t heard a response. I’m amazed this dating app is still afloat. Not only is the unlimited suggested not unlimited, the potential matches shown to me are no better than what I see if I didn’t pay premium. In fact, I’d argue that the matches I saw as a free customer were arguably better and certainly higher in volume. I will definitely not be purchasing this paid subscription again and would strongly recommend anyone to not waste their money on CMB.

    This dating App is a total rip off. You are limited to 8 so called flowers a month which means you can’t like anyone else unless you pay even more money for beans to simply like someone. A scam. Then they send me 4-5 new people a day who usually aren’t in my preferences, and that’s it. No refunds, no conversations and no dates. Waste your money on apps which won’t limit how many people you like without extorting you to buy more beans. Absolutely ridiculous.

    The app is deteriorating, with more and more faked accounts, scammers. I am so disappointed with it. The company definitely needs to do something to improve the credibility of the users. Unfortunately, they didn’t do much. I just want to let them know that it’s NOT ok to charge customers money and do nothing to protect them. I’m tired of reporting the scammers to them. I am here to find someone to date, not to take over the fraud department for free and also paying my subscription fees. Bye-bye CMB.

  • Scammers & Bad Matching Algorithm

    I have used the app for almost three weeks and have found, matched with, or received a report of no less than 8 scammers or fake profiles. Some of them lacked such creativity that the bad actor used the same name, same occupation, and sent me the same first email word for word. They DID go to the trouble of finding different pictures for each profile. Like some others I think the matching algorithm is working backwards. The men recommended to me do NOT fit the “must have” criteria that incentivized me to pay for 3 months. The men who “like” me should have never seen my profile. Instead of weeding out men who are not my type - they tick every box of the criteria I said was a hard pass. The app itself is not bad from a UI perspective- that is what deserved the 2 stars.
