  • Cancellation Policy is Suspicious

    I downloaded and signed up for VisialMind last week but was dissatisfied with the app. Contrary to what I was led to believe, which was that I could cancel anytime through iCloud, I was only given the option to delete the account. Subsequently, I was charged for a weekly subscription of $20.94 (twice) over the course of two weeks. I have had to email them to request refunds because the policy was not made abundantly clear, about how to cancel. I really hate that I am having to write a bad review like this but it’s frustrating that an app I thought would be useful ended up being such a hassle. The utility of the app is overestimated. The app itself needs a lot of work. It’s not very user friendly; it costs way more than it’s worth. -Nicole

    Tried having it create a mind map for my idea and it failed. Leading up to that it was simply using ChatGPT to answer questions. You can get these same answered directly from ChatGPT for free. If it can’t create the mind map, it provides zero value.

    After paid subscription and signing up. The app keeps requesting for more subscription. Can’t sign in, it keeps rejecting the sign in request.

    I must say, usually I don’t write reviews but I have to do this time. It is necessary. This app is beyond useless. However, I wanted to give it a try and not be biased. So, I subscribed for a week to give it a fair try. I couldn’t use it. Every time I wanted to use it I was pushed to subscribtion of $69.99 aka $70.00, although annual subscription has half price reduction. In overall beyond useless. I hope for the best and keep fingers cross, change and improvement might be on the way.
