However, when I reached out directly to customer support for clarification on using songs written by myself for commercial purposes (not to sell), I was pointed back to the terms and conditions (specifically Section 3), which seems to restrict commercial use. This discrepancy is confusing and concerning. If commercial use is not allowed, it feels misleading to advertise otherwise in responses to customer reviews. As a paying customer, I would appreciate a clear, consistent explanation: Is commercial use of content truly allowed with a subscription, or are we strictly bound to the non-commercial terms outlined in Section 3? Transparency on this matter would be greatly appreciated, as it directly affects how I can use the app. If commercial use is not permitted, this could be seen as deceptive practices, luring potential customers into subscribing based on inconsistent messaging from the developers. This situation is problematic because we as consumers often trust developer responses as a reliable source of information when deciding to buy a product. If these messages do not align with your official terms of service, is this not considered as misleading and or deceptive? I purchased this app based on a developer’s response in the review section, which clearly stated that a subscription would allow commercial use of generated songs. However, after purchasing, I reached out to their support team, and they directed me to the terms and conditions, which state that content is for non-commercial use only. This inconsistency is misleading and feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. I believe potential customers should know that the commercial use claim may not be honored. If I had known this before, I would not have purchased the app. Be aware of these contradictions before subscribing. Please note in response to the other customer review: terms and conditions, which only mention restrictions for non-paying users, not for those who subscribe. Sometimes the IA cut te song and end it in the beginning or In the middle. Considering I’m paying for it, I guess it’s not fair…

I use this app for our restaurant employees. I make songs with their names to say nice things and motivate them. It is really weird how AI works. This app is extremely simple and the songs are very passable. A lot of fun. I am a professional music composer. It is crazy how it works. I also use it for ideas. Not actual melodies but it opens up my ideas to other ideas. Like if I’m making a horror score I’d normally search the internet for what that is but I can type it in and hear examples of the style. And make up my own. It is also good for example a o learn how to make lyrics. As you type yours in it can make music. Instantly to it.
