  • Games fun but can i play against people my level?

Seriously the game is fun and building new decks and tweaking them to make them work better is super addictive. But ive been playing for like 3 hrs today and every single match ive played as a low level 8 playing against level 20+ and i can never win because A.) these players have been playing longer and have more experience B.) they have more money to spend on opening packs and getting EX cards. I just want to play against people that have the same level as me and not get outright stomped on just because i didn’t pay money Game is fr pay to win in that aspect

Game is great and all, but i hate when i want to use my fighting deck because Aerodactyl’s effect literally doesn’t work. Also RNG on coin flips is ridiculously broken

The battling system needs overhauling. 3 point system is too short and limiting with the RNG in this game. Way too easy for the opponent to get to full strength in solo battles when trying to get literally ANYTHING on the board because once again, RNG. Coin flips seem to lean HEAVILY toward tails, for example this is my second day playing but I've only gotten heads on a coin flip ONCE in that span for Thunder Punch. At least tweak the probability or something. Game's fun otherwise, I just think the battle system needs more work. Update: LOVE the Mythical Island expansion. However, I just finished a battle that helped me level up and I got the level up rewards but the number of pack hourglasses I have hasn't changed. I started with 26 and 4h 45min left for my next pack so I used 5, which reduced to 21. I was 5 exp away from my next level so I ran a quick battle to level up, saw the rewards but my pack hourglasses are still stuck at 21 when I should have 33. New bug?

To heavily RNG based for my liking. Unlike other games like this were building decks and having the right strategy mattered, then a little rng to help you win. This game is entirely rng based. I literally just had a game we’re I had celebi on my team had 6 energy and I just needed to get two heads. I flip the first one and get heads and the other 5 I get tails. I ended up losing because of that. I would rather flip them myself than some random ai do that for me. RNG needs to be fixed in this game before I redownload it.

This is an excellent port of the classic Pokémon TCG to a simplified mobile format. The battles are short and a bit less complex than the physical card game, but in a way that actually enhances the experience. Initially, I thought it was going to be too simple, but when I got more into the battling, I realized there was still plenty of depth. So it's the best of both worlds—quick and easy but not devoid of strategy. Opening packs is a blast and playing free-to-play is very doable. And for those just looking to collect, the game is a ton of fun for that too. The new expansion is also excellent and helped to make for an even more exciting card pool. Overall, I have few complaints and am greatly enjoying the game! I can't recommend it enough!

Good luck trying to even enjoy the battles with all the stacked meta decks that are impossible to complete unless you pay the premium pass. 10 bucks a month for good luck and one extra pack such Bull. Also if you’re playing for free you will not only get dry packs but you will lose most coin tosses, I’ve heard from many that that the coin toss is so skewed when you have premium you’ll win almost every coin toss and you will lose most if you are free to play. This game feels so rigged, when I used the free 2 week trial that all changed my luck turned up every pack I opened was good and I won most coin tosses, you most definitely pay for more luck in this game. Whoever spends more money will have more enjoyment out of this pile.
