    I’m really impressed with the Peloton Strength+ app for iPhone! The interface is clean and modern (the gray theme is sleek), and I love how it intelligently breaks exercises into targeted blocks using AI. The coaching is thoughtful, focusing on specific muscle groups with smart movement patterns, making my workouts feel intentional and effective. What really sets it apart is how it adapts sessions based on fatigue and recovery — it feels like having a personal trainer in my pocket. That said, I’d love to see more customization options in the “My Gym Equipment” section. I wish I could specify that I only have: • Dumbbells up to 30 lbs • A short Les Mills barbell with SmartPlates (up to 22 lbs total) • A hip thruster bar with just two 45 lb plates With these limitations, sometimes I get recommended movements that aren’t practical for my gear. Being able to input exact weights and types of bars would really help the AI tailor my workouts more accurately. Also, a small request — I’d love full-screen functionality for iPad to really take advantage of the larger display during workouts. All in all, Strength+ is a fantastic addition to the Peloton ecosystem. Just a few tweaks away from being absolutely perfect for home gym warriors like me!

    Very good app to exercise at home or gym listening to your own music has very clear instructions on how to do reps and is customizable only would like to see Apple Watch integration

    There is always a glitch in the software in the middle of the program where there timer and moving to the next set or exercise it stops working

    I love so much about this app, especially because I was growing tired/bored/plateauing with the Peloton strength classes. The Interface, workouts, strength-training focus are all awesome and I’ve seen a huge improvement in my own fitness. Room for improvement: • there’s a bug where the app continues to record workout minutes even though you ended a workout, which really messes up fitness tracking. It looks like I exercise 7hrs a day • more intelligent workout builder that can recommend exercises based on your history or what’s missing from your current workout routine. • lots of nearly identical workouts listed with different named • the new generator “filters” across the top take WAY more work to plan a routine vs the old screen

    You can use their template and switch out exercises based on your needs/injuries. Listen to your own music and adjust the rest times. Great when you don’t want to listen to chit chat or just need to avoid using certain muscles/body parts because you’re hurt.

    Love the app and workouts… love that you can lay your own musics over with the workouts…. Only complaint is it won’t go full screen on the iPad… it stays smaller like it’s only designed to be used on a phone … sure it’s an easy fix… hopefully with the next update!

    I really enjoy this app and use it for most of strength training sessions. It’s nice not to have program my own workouts, the timing function is great for me as i often forget how long I’ve resented between sets. My only complaint is the Apple Watch doesn’t always sync and I’m forced to use the apple application to monitor my heart rate and calories burned. But overall I’m very satisfied.

    Ok it’s good but why isn’t it just part of the regular peloton app? I also can’t seem to figure out how to pair my Apple Watch to track heart rate. Otherwise I like being able to skip the warm ups I do those on my own, the burpees because really who likes them anyway, and I like being able to focus solely on weights.
