I signed up for this app at the suggestion of a friend as a joke, and decided to test out that AI generated feature that makes you look “hot.” It costs $19.99. It doesn’t work at all, or at least it didn’t for me. It’s constantly stuck at 1-98% while generating, and this takes hours might I add. Mistakes happen though, right? Sure, but it doesn’t help that their “customer service” is probably handled by a bunch of 22 year olds who figured out how to leverage AI buzz but not address common issues. I have no shame in admitting I was annoyed and communicated this to them, to which they replied with a bunch of nothing. I have the receipts as well. You don’t have to kiss the customers shoes when they’re mad, but if someone pays for something and it doesn’t work, then you need to address it. Whoever runs this operation is probably scamming us. Don’t buy their lazy products and invest in AI that actually works.
