    M1 AI Phone Assistant has streamlined my workflow and made managing communications much easier. The AI call summaries and transcription are game-changers. However, the Spanish language feature needs significant work. The AI uses a very pronounced American accent when speaking Spanish, which sounds unnatural and can lead to misunderstandings. This negatively impacts the user experience for bilingual users like myself. I suggest incorporating accent neutralization or offering a choice of accents to make the app more accessible and user-friendly for a wider range of users.

    I deleted the app because I couldn’t figure out how to stop call forwarding. Purchased the year and now it won’t let me sign in. I thought the ap was great and would continue to purchase but need help getting in. I believe I wrote an email as well if sent correctly

  • Issue with Consent to Record laws

    It’s a fantastic app for the most part. But the issue I find is that all calls are automatically recorded. It has this feature to take notes, etc. But with states like Maryland, you need expressed consent from both parties otherwise it’s a felony. And the app developers may want to consider this for the fact that they are the ones who initiate the recording automatically. And it’s actually a felony charge. So while the phone automatically records you, you either have to tell the other person or stop manually with each call. It would be nice if there was a simple setting to stop auto recording. But since there isn’t, I am not renewing the subscription.

    Calls keep dropping. Voice quality is really bad when you’re on the phone talking to someone you can barely hear them a lot of static anda lot of of drop calls.

    I’m having an issue getting the voicemail receptionist to work. Instead of the voicemail receptionist answering it just ends the call, it won’t even let my calls go to voicemail at all. Any way to fix this ?
