M1 - AI Phone Assistant

Works great!

This app appeared to be the perfect solution for my boutique hotel business at first and it worked perfectly. But then after a few days it continued to greeted calls as normal, but stopped responding to caller’s questions as forwarding from my business number. To confirm that M1 was operating properly the AI tech support had me call M1 directly and the AI appeared to be working, but started to cut off callers in the middle of their queries then would repeat answers several times. It was like the movie west world. I made repeated requests to speak to a human tech support without success and a 4 hour waiting period attempted several times. AI program must have been recently updated with bugs and needs further beta testing. I would not trust M1 otherwise to run a business.

After deleting the app I can no longer receive calls on my phone. With no support from M1 to undo whatever it changed I am losing business daily

DUDES! For real, this app is a game changer. I am a Mobile small engine business on the rise here in Myrtle beach. And this app has changed the game for me. This AI is absolutely on point. I was hesitant at first. But I decided to bite the bullet and say a prayer. I needed help with answering phones and just over all trying to remember the conversation with customers ordering parts, etc. yeah their are CRM’S which I have and electronic calendars all that. But remembering ok I got to order parts for this guy and order parts for this ladies etc before I go there. And writing it down, or typing it in the calendar. DUDES. DUDES!! this Ai literally records your calls, gives you a transcript of the call and the recording of the call. Not only that it gives you a DAILY RECAP TRANSCRIPT OF EVER CALL YOU HAD FOR THAT DAY! so if you forgot. You can go back and look or listen to the call. I SELECTED my AI AS JACK! and jack is the man! Well I mean AI . I actually got 4 compliments in the last 2 days that I had jack answering calls. Actually had a customer that creates AI, or something to that effect for google and told me today. That jack was an awesome AI. I’m not paid! I’m a real customer of this app. I am the owner of Precision Mobile Small Engine Services LLC. You could ask me question if you want. Definitely not a paid commenter. I am absolutely ecstatic about having this app. Best decision i ever made. Thanks M1. Only thing I would like to see. Is the record consent if you turn it on after three rings. And also would like the record consent message. To be able to be edited. Other wise 9.9 out of 10

So of course, I clicked on the call forwarding or actually remove forwarding and it didn’t do anything so now all the cards go to your app and there’s no way to reverse it that I know of. That I click on the app and look for a contact. Support doesn’t exist. Also, I try to sign in to the app because I still have a free trial and it says my account doesn’t exist, but it doesn’t exist because it’s the only email I have and the only email I used to originally sign up with this app so now my phone doesn’t work. People cannot call me because it goes to your app which is very nice. Mattybeme@icloud. Someone contact me and give me some instructions to turn my phone back to normal

So far I’ve been using it for 24 hours and love the notes it takes after every phone call, if only I could change the number that calls out to my number that will help me tremendously

Would be better if speaks in Spanish and Portuguese

I’m a property manager for multiple complexes and this app has saved my life!!! That’s an understatement, it sets myself and my company up already with a lot of the critical questions needing to be answered for a leasing process along with knowing what our future client will be presenting us with. Really focus on educating your ai assistant and they will work miracles for you and or your company!!!!

I had to tell you—your app is incredible. It’s not just great, it feels downright magical.

I had high hopes for this app when I first signed up. It seemed like a game changer, and I even committed to a full year. But after using it for a couple of months, I had to disconnect it completely. As someone who works in AI development, with a background in computer engineering and over 10 years in communications, I understand how these systems work. And there are some major concerns. First, the call quality is unreliable. Every call goes through their servers over the internet. That might sound fine, but if you’re in an elevator, a garage, or traveling through areas with weak signal, you’ll constantly deal with dropped calls, bad audio, and connection issues. People on the other end often said they couldn’t hear me or that I kept cutting out. Second, privacy is a big issue. Your calls are monitored and transcribed by AI at all times. You can’t turn that off. There’s a “record” switch you can disable manually on every call, but that only stops the voice recording on your device. The app still processes your conversation through their servers to transcribe it. The service also understands only English, so if you speak multiple languages, that opens the door to even more problems with inaccurate or risky transcripts. Why should personal calls with my family be routed through someone else’s servers? I should be able to choose which calls get recorded or transcribed, but that’s not possible. This lack of control over personal data is a serious privacy concern. When I bought the subscription, I assumed I’d have the option to control whose calls go through their servers. Since I can’t, this app is a deal breaker. And it looks it isn’t a US company After doing some research online I couldnt find any source of where this company is based even on their website, which most likely means they’re not based in US and are not required to follow US privacy laws. They indicate “Crafted from love in New York and Paris and Los Angeles” and this is very misleading. Those are just extra servers in the US to avoid delays when routing the calls. Integration is also very limited. They offer a Zapier integration, which was one of the key reasons I subscribed. But in reality, it’s not very useful. It can’t even do something basic like check my availability from a CRM calendar and notify the caller whether I’m free or busy. If something that simple doesn’t work, what more can you really expect from it? I contacted support and they confirmed that this is not possible. I strongly recommend staying away from this app. Don’t be fooled by all the good reviews. Most people have no idea how this kind of technology works or what happens to their data behind the scenes.
