    Been using PLAUD for a few weeks now. It’s very intuitive, easy to use navigation and accurate. Easy to move recording/notes to folders that you can create. The device itself is super sleek, thin and light. It’s very solid and you can feel the quality once you pick it up in your hands. AI that transcribes and gives you a quick summary is very very accurate. Also very very quick and great tech support. My emails were revived within a day of sending. Very impressed with the Device, App and customer service.

    Love the summaries and mind maps. I am absolutely baffled as to why you can’t record directly in the app. The hardware, while I can see occasional use cases, seems mostly superfluous. Importing audio files (from other apps, not the Plaud) is clunky and hit or miss.

    I love this program. It works so well. I use it every single day. Sometimes I will get a recipe that’s spoken and it captures it perfectly, important phone calls that I don’t want to forget any information of, doctors visits, it’s an important tool for me.

    Plaud continues to add new features, like Ask with Ai which I’m looking forward to trying. I liked that it could pick up and differentiate most of a conversation even in somewhat noisy environments. It has its limits to too much noise, yet, I was surprised how well it did while in my jeans pocket. Some of the sub-menu commands (eg. Save mindmap to PNG) are written in Chinese, but everything else is in English. That’s my only suggested improvement. I wonder if there’s a better way to periodically check the recording hardware device from the app - eg. to know when the battery has died so I can recharge it before I need it next. The initial free trial was sufficient enough to transcribe & mindmap several long conversations before needing to upgrade — plenty to assess it’s usefulness.

    I’ve purchased 3 different AI hardware devices and Plaude Note is the first to live up to its hype and accurately do what it is supposed to do. It works very well. After trying the free 300 min I instantly bought a yearly subscription of 1600 min a month. This works and it works incredibly well virtually flawlessly. This app and hardware is so far above any other app and or hardware I’ve tried there is no comparison. I could have saved money and just bought this first. I don’t even have any cons. I live this and hope developers don’t change too much because this lives up to the AI hype
