    I’ve tried a lot of different fitness apps. And the owner of this has an amazing fitness clothing company so figured the app would be just as great. My big issues are not being able to easily bounce around on exercises and the timers. The timers make me feel rushed and if I have to skip an exercise because a machine is used it’s like I have to click through a whole bunch of other ones. Granted, the visuals a great and directions are clear. But in order for me to spend the money I need ease of navigation.

    I just started following Heidi Somers yesterday when I searched on YouTube for free Woman's Weighloss split workout routine. Heidi’s YouTube video came up. Heidi is such an inspiration to me. I am 58 years old and my 24 years old son, Zach encouraged me last Friday to start taking care of me and the rest will fall in place. He said, Mom, I live by this saying… Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery , today is a gift and that is why it is called the present. Control what you can control and let the rest go. Yesterday after watching Heidi’s life story video it has changed my life an I’m ready to ✨DREAM BIG! ✨again. ✨Thank you Heidi for being you and being real. 💖 Many Blessings!🙏 Melissa Liggitt 💕

    This app was advertised as a one stop shop for many different needs (workout, nutrition. Cycle tracking, etc) but instead, every aspect of the app is just poorly done. It’s like when any company tries to do it all, they do everything sub par. I was excited to use one app for all my needs but instead I’m realizing that my period tracking app is more comprehensive, my Alive fitness app is so much better and more functional with more options and far better workout programs, my fitness pal is way better for food tracking, etc. Instead of trying to do it all, they should have focused on perfecting one thing at a time and adding on as time went. I feel like I completely wasted my money. I love Heidi and I trust her usually which is why I decided to give this app and shot but I am just so disappointed about every aspect of the app. I reached out to customer service asking for a refund because I am absolutely not using it. They gave me a cookie cutter response about not giving refunds due to terms and conditions or whatever. So disappointed. It’s money down the drain. Thanks to that, I will never use the app again even if they do improve simply because I don’t want to support a company who is unwilling to give a refund to an unhappy customer. Which is too bad because even in my email I stated I would be interested in giving the app another shot at a later date after they do some work on improving things but since they won’t refund me, I’ll never renew! Just beware. There is potential for this app but at this time, it’s poorly done. And you won’t get a refund if you don’t like it!

    LOVING this app. So easy to use in the gym!! Workouts are great and customizable . Very active community in app. I wish more detailed macros were available (types of fats, etc), they haven’t added garmin yet, and sometimes when I go to fix a serving size the app has to restart (which takes less than a second). Those are LITERALLY the only things I would change. Love it!

    This app is like no other! I do love it! I just have one critique and hope it becomes part of the app in the future. It has everything from exercises, diet, journal, and more. You can customize what you are looking for and have the app flow through the steps and calories burned. Some other apps I have used in the past makes tracking difficult to use and this just seems so simple and easy. Let alone quick which I need as I have limited time. I also like the variety of exercises, food logging, community support, journaling, and other tracking devices within this one app. So my one critique, I wish there was more help with postpartum tummy, ab, core care. If this is an app for and by women this is the one thing that should be here. Postpartum has been hard. I had a C-Section so theres this big surgery to recover from and there are no abs or core from a giant pregnant belly. Then I broke my fifth metatarsal on right foot. Who knew fractures were so common in postpartum for women. So moving is limited but I will make it work for me! Anyway, I am working on closing the two inch gap from left to right abs so my belly button doesn’t look so lost in the soft and squishy extra love in the middle. I am looking into basic super duper easy exercises even easier than the easy setting on this app. I hope this becomes part of the app for other moms like me and hopefully by the time I have baby number two it will be! I Wish the team all the best of luck! 🥰

    I love the timer. It really helps me figure out and pace myself. Before the app and just a workout plan I would take way too long resting and I just felt like that was affecting my growth but timing the workout and rest really keeps me accountable I love it.
