    I had a issue with this game trying to purchase the factory pass when it did not go thur it still charged my apple gift card. After sending a message to the vender they were able to expedite the process to getting my refund. I give this game a 5 star rating for good customer service. However the biggest problem with this game is it does not give enough time to complete levels. It also does not give other options like playing ads to add on more time to finish levels. It just wants to charge the players a lot of money for the package bundles. Some people just want to play the game and can’t afford to spend money on these game. Please give more Han 0 seconds to pass level 459. It’s almost impossible to pass it. GIVE MORE TIME TO PASS LEVELS!!

    This game is awesome!! I love how the game looks I love the boosters the team chats etc. HOWEVER I feel like this game is forcing me to spend money and I have, but this is ridiculous. I’m about to delete this game and find one similar those “ultra hard” levels are completely outrageous and there’s NO WAY POSSIBLE you can pass them without spending money for boosters and even then you don’t have enough time to win after purchasing a booster. Please make the game more reasonable to win this is unacceptable.

    When I got this game, I thought there would be more puzzle games on here cause the same old game is just getting boring but other than that it’s pretty fun and I don’t like how much time it gives you to figure out the puzzle so please add more puzzles and add more time would give you five stars, but there are some dingdong stuff in here. I hope you accept my review!

    Every other level is super hard or ultra hard. I can’t keep a full team because they all give up and quit. Stop sucking the joy from the game and money from our pockets to play.

    I will give this game a 5 star because I love it and I’m over 4,000 levels BUT the way they advertise this game is FALSE!!!! It’s literally NOT the game! I don’t get it how they can get away with it. Most games falsely advertise their games. So odd. Why not show what the game really is?!
