  • A little frustrating

While the app is helpful to let you know what phase of your cycle you’re supposed to be in, it’s irritating because it won’t let me edit my period dates longer than like 9 or 10 days. I have inconsistent periods due to PCOS which means the length can be super long or super short, so this is unhelpful.

Really want to try the app but it just loads and loads forever? I’m on WiFi and also tried without WiFi on just regular phone service and still will not open. Turned off phone and back on, deleted app and redownloaded and still nothing. :/ I tried to go on website to contact someone for help and there is no contact info. Can anyone help me? Thanks!

I was rocking with this app at first, so much in fact that I decided to splurge and get the annual premium membership. Imagine my frustration and bewilderment when I attempted to use the app while in a service dead zone that the app requires an Internet connection to even start up. Why on earth would the app need that? If I have to track my cycle in my calendar or notes app everytime I don’t have internet I might as well stick with that. I’m a bit disappointed, because this really lowers the app’s accessibility. What if a person living in a more rural area wanted insights into their cycle or simply wanted to track? I can understand not all features being present when no internet connection is available but seriously? You can even open the app? Do better

I just started using this app and it’s wonderful and very informative! I love all the suggested topics it includes for each phase of our cycles, the only reason I gave it a 4 star is that I wish it included an option to track pregnancy. The app I used previously had that included. Could you add that to your app? It would be so helpful and I’d rate this 10 stars if possible! Other than that this is a wonderful app!
  • Completely forgot that many women lose their periods

I was excited to use the app hoping to get some insight about the phases based on tracking symptoms over time or at least get information on each cycle while it could not determine my particular phase. Immediately ran into trouble because the first question is the start of your last menstrual cycle. No idea in the world. I’ve had an IUD for over 7 years. There is no way to bypass this question. Not even a button for I don’t know or I don’t get periods. I’m not asking for something that is so niche as to not have been included. Tens of thousands of women lose their periods on IUDs, with other forms of birth control, of for other health reasons. That doesn’t mean the phases disappear or that we don’t want access to the information. It’s just such an oversight to have to pick an exact date without a date drop down boxes or a calendar select. Scrolling through 7 years worth of singular days in a wheel when you can’t even see the year you’re in is simply not happening. I went back 2ish years (don’t even know how many because again you can’t see the year) before I gave up and picked a random date. Once I finally got through, there were no options to adjust or add symptoms to help it figure out the phase nor anywhere I could find with anything to read for information.

I liked the design and ease of use of this app. However when I upgraded my phone I was unable to log back into my account. Each time I tried it was as if I had to start a new profile. Finally I gave up. I would have also liked it if there was some customization of the layout and such.

I opened the partner sharing element of the app so I could take a look at some of the possible features and it immediately required a code and has been stuck on that page since. I cannot navigate out of it, to the home page or any other page no matter how many times I fully close the app or redownload

unless you want to pay for it it is literally no different than any other app. just use apple health, you can send that data to someone else anyway like on here and they dont need a whole extra app. this feels like such a cash grab preying on women with pmdd etc

It says you can cancel the subscription at anytime however, on the app, I do not see manage subscription anywhere. I wish they had their phone number displayed as there are multiple cycle tracking apps! Currently still trying to find out how to cancel my subscription
