Description

Start your subscription today to begin treatment with EndeavorOTC, the FDA-authorized, game-based ADHD treatment clinically designed to improve symptoms, attention and focus. The treatment includes Focus Score, a first-of-its-kind personalized metric where you can track attention progress. EndeavorOTC is for adults 18 years and older with ADHD experiencing inattention-related challenges that affect their quality of life such as diminished focus, inability to complete projects or tasks, keep track of important items, and more. Built with the same technology as EndeavorRx, the world's first FDA-authorized video game treatment. EndeavorOTC is available now by subscription. No prescription needed. EndeavorOTC was studied in more than 220 participants over a 6-week period. In the clinical trial, 88% of participants saw improvement in their attention and 73% of participants reported quality of life improvements, including an increased ability to balance projects, get things done on time and keep track of important items like phone, wallet, and keys. There were no lasting or serious side effects in any clinical trials for EndeavorOTC. (1,2) How EndeavorOTC improves focus: The gameplay challenges you to tap targets and navigate obstacles to boost your attention and focus. As you progress through the game, the technology is continuously measuring your performance and using adaptive algorithms to adjust the difficulty and personalize the treatment experience. How to Play EndeavorOTC: Playing EndeavorOTC can fit into your daily routine. The more you play, the better your results. Playing the game every day for an initial six weeks can improve your attention and other functions that make up your ability to focus. Users will be given a target Focus Score increase which should be achievable in six weeks. Based on clinical trial data, the target increase provided directly relates to improvement in ADHD-related symptoms and overall quality of life. And, for the vast majority of people, this will leave room for continued improvement in Focus Score and cognitive abilities as well as ADHD symptom management beyond the initial six week course of treatment. It is recommended that patients speak to their health care provider before starting EndeavorOTC treatment, and before making any medical decisions. © 2025 Akili Interactive Labs, Inc. • New Update Broke Controls

I found this app to be a very useful tool that gave me real world improvements in my life and at my job. That said, the recent update caused the character to jerk and stutter when tilting the screen instead of gliding smoothly from side to side. This made the fast and precise movements required to navigate the course extremely difficult to achieve predictably and has made daily usage far less enjoyable and more frustrating.
  • Pay for Just 1 Month at First

My therapist recommended this game after I commented about how much time I waste playing with my phone. I paid for a 6-month subscription. The problem is I pretty much hate it. I don’t enjoy this style of game, so playing it is a chore. The game tells me I’m improving, but all that indicates is that my reflexes are quicker or I’ve learned how to succeed at this game. I’m underwhelmed. I like the sound effects but they get increasingly louder. It quickly gets to be too much for my brain to tolerate. I wish they’d tone that down so I don’t have to shut it off completely. Maybe it’ll help you. Maybe it’d help me but I dislike it too much to play it frequently & long enough. I wish I’d only paid for a month.
  • ADHD Help‼️

In other ADHD apps my progress was in learning how to play the games. In this one the challenges are in the speed of the details. It also gives encouragement as it moves through the treatment. Like it‼️
  • After using it, clinical results seem questionable

***Immediately cancel your trial subscription*** The trial will still continue and you won’t have to worry about the confusing cancellation deadline. Overall review: not worth trying, and definitely do not pay for a subscription. It’s a game that at first seems like a great example of “just challenging enough to keep you in a flow state”. Until you create a subscription and play the second time. Each and every time after that, the speed increases more and more — until you are consistently failing. At least you can turn off the very negative sound effects, but the negative screen reactions still happen. And it’s an awful experience emotionally and mentally, since each time the majority of the gameplay is failure!

Don’t rely on the negative reviews from people who forgot how the App Store works with free trials and automatic subscriptions, or the people complaining that the game isn’t the most fun. It’s definitely fun for treatment and I noticed a difference after my very first session. It gets harder as you improve to keep challenging you, the harder the game gets the easier my life gets. One of my biggest struggles with ADHD is executive disfunction and all the extra time it takes me to start and complete tasks due to all my dilly dallying, committing to this treatment plan has cut down that time DRASTICALLY as well as all of the anxiety and depression that used to result from the struggle. Now I just plan something and I do the thing? I feel so efficient and my confidence has significantly improved. Bonus tip: if you meditate or have a brief period of non-sleep deep rest within four hours of a session (or any kind of study session) it helps your brain to really rewire all of those changes in your brain aka it makes your brain a better sponge for everything you are learning. ***UPDATE*** After having this app for almost a year I will not be renewing it or recommending it to anyone. Once all of the levels are unlocked there is no further skill development other than the game getting faster and faster in order to further challenge the user. There is not enough variety in the levels, you are just supposed to play them over and over. All of the positive effects I had noticed in the beginning eventually plateaued.
  • 30 days only

Good app for 30 days. Only, support is pathetic, I really wanted to make this work. I had long streaks of consistency until the app failed at least twice when asked for extra time they told me oh that’s your problem. When I asked for help around improving the outcome, they didn’t know what to do. This is a pathetic app and it really is sad because it did do something for the first 30 days. Do not pay for this app.
  • Didn’t work for me. $ back is onerous.

The app did not work for me. Read the fine print on the money back guarantee!
  • Controls and single game make it less engaging

Will this game test your focus? Absolutely. However, it will test your patience even more. It’s difficult to continue the same game over and over again even if it’s just 25 minutes a day. Could there at least be a puzzle or memory game to break up the monotony? It’s $130
