Description

The Golf GPS App that helps you play smarter golf by showing you how your shot dispersion (aka your 'Shot Pattern') fits the hole in front of you. Overlay your typical shot pattern on the satellite image of the hole you're standing on so that you can pick smarter targets - and see your expected strokes gained/lost to the target you select *in real time.* Take the guesswork out of where to aim, and lower your scores. Most golf GPS apps are giving you the wrong information. You need to be measuring the width of the safe landing area on every shot, but other GPS apps don't let you. Sure, it's nice to know that there's water 141 yards ahead on the left, but most golf GPS apps stop there. What they fail to tell you is how far away from the water you should be aiming so that you can take it out of play. Because the Shot Pattern app allows you overlay your shot pattern onto the hole in front of you, you'll know just where you need to aim so that even your less than perfect shots don't end up in the hazard. We take the guesswork and complexity out of course management by overlaying simple drawings onto beautiful satellite imagery. Shoot Lower Scores If you don't currently have a course management system, there's no doubt that you could be scoring better by playing according to your Shot Pattern. If you don't have a system for knowing whether to hit driver off the tee or lay back, you're going to gain more strokes on tee shots with Shot Pattern. If you're getting more aggressive on approach shots to tucked pins because you "have to make birdie," you're going to score lower with Shot Pattern. Play with More Confidence When you have a visual that shows you where your ball will likely end up before you even start to swing, it's a lot easier to relax and make your best swing at the ball. You can stop worrying about the ball ending up in trouble, and just let it rip. Have More Fun Nobody likes losing golf balls. Once you're picking smart targets based on probability, you're not going to be reaching in your bag for a new ball nearly as often. Sad for the PGA Superstore. Good for you. Unmatched Data Tool: Strokes Gained Predictor We take your shot dispersion and show you your expected strokes gained given any hole and target.  Stop Guessing Whether You Should Hit Driver or Iron off the Tee See strokes gained expectations based on your shot dispersion data. We calculate the lie type and distance remaining for all shots in your dispersion and show you an anticipated strokes gained for a shot given your full shot pattern. Customizable Strokes Gained Benchmarks Adjust your strokes gained benchmark to match your playing ability and get an improved understanding for where you need to be in order to play better, smarter golf. Track Your Stats Plug in your shot by shot data from every round and get strokes gained data down to the individual shot. • Wish it was more clear that this is a trial.

The way this is marketed, you’d think there was a limited free plan, a monthly plan, and annual plan. But this is actually a one week trial. I am sure that the app is good but wish I had started this process closer to the beginning of our very short golf season. I look forward to trying this when the season starts.

I’ve used lots of golf mapping tools (maybe all of them?!) and this is the best one by far. Entering data is super intuitive. Zero bugginess toggling within the app. Quick and useful information that’s helped my game improve.
  • Its ultra basic

For the price, the map should be a lot clearer/cleaner and precise… its basics google maps it seems like. Should offer green complexes etc.. app just doesn’t do enough.
  • Switched from Decade

Round entry is much easier than Decade and the GPS overview is better. I also love the idea of setting your target versus say you hit it in the rough but that was your target just due to the course layout. It really helps you see Dispersion. They are also very responsive on the tech side and asking consumers questions on what they’d like to see next. I do wish there was a URL version that you could log into just to see it on a computer versus only running it through the app, but I believe they’re working towards that.
  • Almost perfect app!!

Absolutely love this app. I’ve used many apps to track in-depth statistics for strokes gained, avg. proximity, putting, etc… and this app is the best I’ve found so far. The only reason it isn’t 5-stars yet is because it is lacking just a couple features that some other apps have. 1. When looking at stats for a range of rounds (current options: 5 rounds, 20 rounds, this year, or last year), I would love for there to be an option to select a specific date range of rounds. This would allow the player to see how they’ve improved or where they haven’t over a specific range of dates. 2. After completing a round, would love for there to be an option to see a scorecard on strokes gained format. In other words, a better summary which includes my score, along with strokes gained and other stats, all in one page. This makes for a great social media post! 3. Would be really cool to see a page dedicated to personal bests! For example: least amount of putts in a round, longest drive, most birdies in a row, longest putt made, holes without 3-putt, etc. That being said… I love this app. If those few features were added it would be a no-brainer for every golfer who liked tracking stats to have this app. Thanks!

I love this app. I’ve used most everything on the market for tracking strokes gained. There are constant improvements to the app, new features added - it just keeps getting better. Awesome.

This app was very bad in comparison to other golf gps apps I would much rather prefer a ruler than doing this app don’t make apps anymore.
