    I was in the beginning of what I thought was a decent book and at chapter 11 the characters name changed, the story changed and made no sense. I cancelled everything immediately!

    They reel you in with a .29 membership for a week and only give you a day. Then they try to charge your method of payment any way they can and if you read any of their other apps they will go in and take your money for this app even though you have NOT agreed to the subscription! Cheats and sneaks!!!! Readers beware! Working with pay pal and my bank to get my money back!

    The app is okay. I love the reading the stories that they have but why do I have to pay for everything? Can’t there be a timer or something so I can continue reading without being charged.

    Paid for “0.29” week subscription, when I paid it charged $14.99/wk. This was for unlimited 10,000+ top books unlimited free Release 200+ New Books every week It renews March 14, 2025. HOWEVER I can’t read any books past Chapter 5-6 then it wants money!! Subscribe .29/wk but won’t because it SAYS I HAVE ALREADY HAVE ONE. YOU HAVE NO HELP, CONTACT OR SUPPORT ON THE SITE. Try answering me by Email 12country56girl@ gmail.com. Don’t dare tell me to post somewhere else. PS. I want my $$$ refunded.

    I paid to have access weekly. I was charged December 9th and December 10th for the week and today I have no access. I look on the app and there is no way to contact anyone about the issue. The app is good, but a lot of stories are the same just different titles. Only leaving one star because I don’t appreciate the double charge and then no access.

    I purchased the unlimited weekly package at $19.99 but am limited to the $14.99 experience where you may only read a few chapters of each book. I have tried to purchase it again but it tells me I already have that plan but still I am unable to read whole books. Please resolve. Before this happened I was giving the app 5 stars but I am unable to read now.

    Don’t do it, they charge 14.99 and when you pay they don’t unlock the chapters a few people have said that they have access but the books you find on the app are also in the kindle book app. They say to reach out to the help center but it doesn’t exist I’ll be disputing this with my bank. I just wanted to read but I’ll definitely just get the kindle app.

    This is my first reading app since I began reading again recently and it’s great! I’ve had no payment problems and I love the books! Author Alexis Dee has my heart! 😭 only reason I give it 4 instead of 5 stars is because it does advertise as “free reading” when it’s not and I wish it were a little cheaper. But otherwise, great app!
