  • App is useless now

    The app used to work in the past, but right now it won’t allow me to follow the course or to download the courses to watch offline. It won’t even show the complete content of a course. Awful.

  • Classes not showing up in app

    I have a lot of classes, but after a recent update only my recent purchases show up under My Learning. I can still see them and watch them using a web browser, just not in the app. Even if I add them to my favorites list they don’t show up. I guess this would be ok if I could increase the speed of the playback in the browser, but I can’t. Text in my browser is also blurry. Not ideal. I’d like this fixed. I have a long history of learning on Udemy and using the app, so I know you all can do this. PS. I also checked the help section first, and it didn’t address this issue.

    Normally the app works great, but as of right now, the Features tab content does not load, and certain courses don’t load their content.

    I love the app. I work on ships and sometimes go months without internet connection, so being able to download courses for offline use is the reason I use Udemy. The only issue I’m running into, seems to be the inability to download courses after a certain point has been reached. As of now, a course I just purchased only downloads 5.1 Mb of data and then stops. I have over 50 Gb of data available for use. I purchase new courses every time I pull into a port so I can continue learning. If you can help me resolve this issue, I would greatly appreciate it. I’ll upgrade to 5 stars as soon as this is fixed. Being able to download content for offline use is the only reason I chose to use Udemy.

    After years of being an extremely happy customer I became frustrated customer over the last few days. I wanted to buy a few courses. I selected one course and tried to make a payment. The payment neither succeeded nor failed. It stayed in progress for days. I was not able to buy the course I was trying to buy at later time, nor any other course. My card got charged for 3 courses even though i couldn’t see any new courses in the app. Even after a few days i cannot buy any of the courses I wanted. I tried contacting the support but got to talk to the chatbot that could not help resolve the issue. There is no email or a link I can use to report the issue

    I’ve been using udemy for three years, I’d say about 80% of the time I have problem playing it back on land or mobile PC or Mac iPhone or iPad. Lessons won’t download, downloaded lessons won’t play. It’s difficult to track your progress because it automatically starts playing, everything about this is terrible. This is discouraging me from learning, i hate it and want all my money back Also customer service is non existent, like i think they fired everyone

    Seems like an important feature for this app would be to display my course materials. Alas, after several attempts and watching an endless spinning circle every time, I give up. Update: Other courses loaded ok. The problem course eventually loaded after repeated reinstalling of the app. Overall the app is fine once the course loads. I’ve updated my rating for this app from 1 star to 4 stars.
