    The most recent update might have actually effected the platform. The Featured button gives a blank screen, and courses in My learning are giving an error, and there’s courses I tried purchasing and downloading but says I don’t have permission. Please check into the performance of the platform.

    Downloads keep deleting themselves without being watched, which is really the main reason I even got this app. It also keeps logging me out and the passwordless login system is annoying because it doesn’t prompt my device to save login credentials. But also, it’s just an obnoxious user experience. There are constant popups to rate the course, or enable notifications (I know where the notifications are… I disabled them for a reason, tyvm) or some other distracting nonsense. I’m a paying customer, I’m here to engage with my COURSE, not to give your marketing team free data by clicking cute little buttons in your app. I’ll give it another few weeks to see how it works but ultimately I use Udemy to learn and this app is a constant obstacle to that, period.

    Can't even use it. Why ever happened to using a "password" to log in?? you keep forcing me to check my E-Mail for a code, then refreshing the miserable app whenever I leave to get that code and come back. Just let me use my password like a normal function app does. What's wrong with you??

    Its clear 2 things 1. udemy is a non amercan company or least refuse go hire american engineers and 2. Ghye hate their customers ios app is constantly a 3rd class citizen no real apple tv support airplay is awful and their encryption ruins everything mostly the quality unless you like having to decode blocky video. Worst yet classes from purchased courses and whole courses just disappear and you have to-e to climb a mountain to prove because the goal is to make you pay agiain and ahain so dshonest.

    I enjoy Udemy’s courses for learning skills, but this app is severely lacking. When I use it, my phone gets excessively hot, and the app crashes constantly. Trying to work offline with downloads doesn’t seem to work all that well as the app constantly needs a connection to sync metadata from what I can tell. It also constantly removes downloads, and there’s no option to toggle that off. I may just go back to exclusively using the web browser cause this has been so frustrating.

    Do as you please- I was not only ripped off I was told by their CS, essentially, to F OFF. I was going to take a Canon class. I enrolled, looked through the class after realizing 2 minutes into the first lesson and realized it wasn’t what I wanted. Never tried it again, which my history shows. I forgot to unsubscribe from it and exactly 1 week and 1 day later was charged $240. After sending an email (NO CS PHONE NUMBER) explaining I never used it and had no intention of doing so received this response: Hi Timothy, Thanks for sharing this feedback with us. At this time, however, we are unable to provide refunds for our subscription products, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Courses available in the Udemy subscriptions are created and owned by the instructors themselves, and as a result, we need to ensure they are compensated for usage of their content.
