    I loved this app for a while but it is off on the property lines. The lines on the map (even if you change to topo or satellite) don't match up to where you actually are. I have been out in the middle of the street and it shows I'm 1/4 way up the side of a property. Totally skewed. I will reset my position but it's still off. Shows roads way off and the overlay is off kilter. Somebody help! It is t an inexpensive app at $99.00 a crack. Totally worth it if it works. Totally worthless if it doesn't. Also when you click the command to show you on the map it takes sometimes 10-50 (yes, that many) times to put me where I am.

  • Works great, needs parcel data refresh

    App works awesome and being able to work off-line is great for me. Parcel data in the app is not as current as in Regrid, which is a disappointment. Also would be great if there was a way to import a list of parcels to work off of, since you can export a list currently. Also would be great to be able to have multiple different saved location lists, rather than all of them in one list. As is though, it’s a fantastic tool for the work I’m doing.

    Used to check property lines, the accuracy varied 3-5 feet. When I asked for a refund the developer advised “the property lines are for reference only; they are not intended to represent actual surveyed property lines and are not recommended for use for legal purposes.” My response was, what exactly do you think people are buying this app for? They should at least make this disclaimer somewhere, And provide some idea of what to expect for accuracy.

    It’s a “Free app” but then requires a subscription to use anything at all. Not even a trial, they expect you to buy it without even trying it.
