    I’m requesting refund for service not rendered and complete cancellation, if not will take this issue to my financial institution for resolving this matter.

    I’ve used this app periodically over the years and it routinely has me re-enter my password. I can get over that minor inconvenience, but this last time I was prompted to re-enter my password info, after just using the app 2 days ago, it’s telling me I do not have a STARZ subscription. This is particularly frustrating because I’ve had a STARZ subscription for over a decade. At this point, there’s no need for me to pay for the subscription if I’m not getting full use of the service.

    So so many tech problems. Lagging playback. Profile won’t load. Not enough decent content. I keep checking back but it’s still no good. Not worth the $3/month promo.

    Does not work on the Apple Vision Pro. They won’t even let you watch STARZ on their website. Useless service.

    This app have a bunch of great movies I just hate the fact I can’t watch them with my family cause It doesn’t have no options of different languages like Spanish like sir give me my money back for that anyway the whole point is that the clients can enjoy movies with the family like a movie night so you can bring more clients not to push them away cause the barrier of languages hope you can do something about that.

    I renewed my subscription and was charged $11.90 and then I go to watch a show and they ask my to renew my subscription/pay again. What’s happening?

    The App allowed me to buy the subscription yet it doesn’t stream where I am outside USA. There is no other place where you can report and ask for a refund. I hope someone reads this review and contact me for a refund.

    I don’t know if this is isolated to only my account or if this affects others, but this app is garbage in the sense that it NEVER remembers where I have stopped in a show. It’s either the previous episode or the beginning. The rewinding on a Smart TV is terrible - you can’t just slide back and forth to get to what point you stopped at.

    I’m honestly baffled that the app is even worse than it used to be when I first downloaded it a couple years ago… What on earth are they doing in each update because not one improvement has been made.
  • Starz is a very bad app

    This has to be the worst app companion to any movie subscription. Rarely does it allow me to sign in. What’s the point of having an app if it won’t let you log on? Every time I attempt to watch a movie or series on the app through the Roku I’m not able to sign in via the link provided. I get an error about 70% of all attempts. Very disappointing if you love watching movies.
