  • Ticket purchase

    I’ve tried to purchase tickets and it doesn’t allow me to see anything on the page that’s supposed to show ticket information. It shows a blank page and a refresh button. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it, restarted my phone and swiped out to close the account and reopened and I still get the same issues.

    It’s the day of the game, a friend shared the ticket with me, and I can’t access the ticket because the app wants me to verify my email after I’ve already retrieved the ticket from the link in my email address! How does that make sense?

    spent 20 minutes setting up app with my DOB that I’m sure will be lost to the dark web at some point. secure password saved. email link clicked and verified. ticket link - sorry contact customer service. i really miss paper tickets this is not fun at all.

    I cannot verify my account which means I cannot access my tickets. This is extremely frustrating

    The app allowed entry of a email with a non-existent domain suffix, ‘.con’ vice the normal ‘.com.’ Now the app is unable to verify my ‘primary’ email, so I cannot get my tickets. No method of updating my profile email.

  • Terrible payment process

    The UX workflow during the ticket payment process is terrible. Try to submit but errors because a field that wasn’t displayed did not get filled out. Fill out the missing information and attempt to resubmit but get another error because a previously filled out value has been cleared out due to the first error.

  • Tickets Not Showing Up

    I bought tickets on MLB.com, and received a confirmation email, but even after confirming that same email address with this app, my tickets are still not showing up in the app. Kind of annoying that you have to download an app for everything these days and when you do, it doesn’t even work.
