  • Cancelling the subscription is headache

    I downloaded this App. right before my trip to Asia. It’s a good App.! It really helped me to locate places. I came back home , and I want to cancel my subscription now. But, App doesn’t give you an option to cancel it , and there is no Customer Service phone number. I am really frustrated!!!

    Not much more needs to be said. I paid the 46.99 a year, and am still limited to the basic 10 maps. When I tried to restore my purchases, it said my paid subscription was linked to another account. I have only had the one account since I bought my first iPhone about ten years ago. App makes it very difficult to contact, I had to go through the website. Extremely disappointing

    Abkhazia and Samachablo (so called South Oseetia) regions are are recognized from the absolute majority of the countries as apart of Republic of Georgia. Who are you to make them separate countries?

    Used to be terrific for “get me from here to there,” but just got back from Venice where I wanted to walk from one place to another, but all it would do was show route using the vaporetto, which, incidentally, was on strike. Also, it wouldn’t just show a flat map like it used to - now everything on the screen is in constant motion, changing size, direction, orientation. Really annoying. Too fancy for its own good.

    In your map Abkhazia and South Ossetia is mentioned as Country, I would like to inform you that they are regions of Georgia and not countries. Please correct this mistakes.

    I bought this app a years ago. And now I can’t even use it, because they’re FORCING me to sign up for their subscription. CAN’T TRUST THEM.

    I'm an old user of this app. I used to have the entire ontario area downloaded but when i came back, it deleted everything. All the maps that I had downloaded are gone and they only allow you to download 10 maps. If you want an entire province, you will have to pay to have to be able to download more than 10 maps. I am deleting this app, karta
