The site wouldn’t let me buy a single ticket seat that I needed after purchasing 1 ticket. It said I had to buy the 2 tickets bc I couldn’t leave a seat open which is dumbest thing ever

I’ve had to change my password THREE TIMES after it was ACCEPTED THREE TIMES and I still can’t get in. It appears I’m not the only one having problems from the looks of reviews and comments. You make it all too difficult to get in. I give up. You’re not worth it with your high mark-ups on tickets anyway

You guys are really making your customers wait more than 50+ mins just for someone to answer the phone to help them with ticket problems like that’s insane. And your automation doesn’t do anything at all except tell your customers to contact via call and make us wait for who knows how long. Then ends the chat Unprofessional for a company to do.

I bought a 2 tickets to the 76ers game 2 times separately. the first purchase was a normal purchase but i chose not to get the ticket coverage for the extra 4$. i was emailed confirmation but never given access to my tickets. all my app said was no upcoming events. the money was taken out and the confirmation was sent and yet customer service can’t answer the phone to help. the second purchase i made later the same day after accepting some defeat with the first tickets. this time however i purchased the ticket insurance, thinking it was my ignorance that may have been the issue. only to my surprise to still not be given access to my tickets . fix your app for futurr users becuase i won’t be a user any longer lol.

I’ve skipped many concerts because of the unreasonable fees (~50% of ticket price!) but I go ahead and try to purchase tickets for a relatively lower priced concert. A lot of back and forth, timing out, then I select payment plan, which directs you to input personal info plus SSN, then crashes twice requiring me to reenter this information. The whole process was difficult, not intuitive, and of course overpriced. Reminds me why I try to avoid tickets through Ticketmaster
