feature rich and easy to use, allows me to manage my server on the go without tools locked behind paywalls.

I have been testing this out and I really like what the developer has done. I was using another app that has very similar features but to get the pro version I had to subscribe….I really dislike subscription fees for personal usage. This app provides a pro version pricing model that makes sense for someone like me who self hosts services at home and needs to do a lot of ssh and development work. Something I miss from the other app is a local terminal. If the developer could add that feature, I wouldn’t consider this move to have any compromises.

Can you lower the system version requirement? My 2017 Macbook cannot install the latest version

WebSSH is a very helpful app, which allows me a convenient and secure way to connect to my servers when I only have my iPad. I appreciate that it does SFTP and SSH, and allows you to use saved private keys.

  • Better than PuTTY!

I recently switched from Windows to Mac. I don’t know any other SSH clients other than PuTTY. Unfortunately, I realized PuTTY is not available on MacOS. I tried all the work arounds, and I sort of got it to work, but it still wasn’t great. Therefore, I went hunting for a MacOS SSH app and I landed with WebSSH. WebSSH is soooo much better than PuTTY will ever be. It’s quick, it’s easy to use, and I love being able to open multiple SSH sessions in different tabs. This app is worth every penny and I was happy to pay for it and support the developer. I recently configured my three SSH servers to use SSH keys vs. password logins. I love that I can throw all my SSH keys in 1 folder (iCloud enabled) and then configure WebSSH to sync my SSH sessions across my Mac Mini and my MacBook. It’s brilliant! WebSSH saves SSH session in my iCloud and the keys are in the same folder on both devices and everything just works! I have to configure the session ONCE and then it’s set it and forget it! 5 stars!
