I just got this app today and I can’t even create the parenting schedule because the “add” button is bugged.

This company will take advantage of you and force to upgrade payment tier plans. It’s already expensive as it is. Avoid using this if you can.
  • Notifications Always Silent

I frequently miss calls because the App does not make any sound for phone calls. Please fix this issue. In response to developers response: This is not a settings issue. I verified my notifications setting prior to reviewing. I've deleted and redownloaded the app multiple times. My phone is not on silent and I have the volume up. Banners do appear but not notification sounds. This has caused me to miss important notifications and calls. Other reviewers have mentioned the same problem. Please address this MAJOR issue. It's a critical flaw when phone calls through the app need to be addressed in a timely manner. It's preventing my child from being able to communicate with his parents.
  • Perfect app if you have low expectations?

Definitely no wizardry here. This is slightly better than pen and paper. It is exceptionally clunky and the back end tech support….is not there. If you are accustomed to the flaws of Google or PC based systems, this might s perfect, if you are an iPhone/Mac user and appreciate the finer and intuitive things in life - don’t expect much. I’m not suggesting that there is anything better out there, but I’m not going to rate something 5 stars because it is the best of the most miserable apps in its category. A very well deserved 2 stars. Why put this much effort into a half-viable product. Either do it right or not at all!
  • Expensive Email service

It’s nothing more than a glorified email service. Theirs nothing unique or special about it. Most of the time it also fails to update or notify either parent. You can do everything you could here for free on any email provider. After several updates, the problem persists.
  • Stupid

Why do I have to invite my co-parent before I even try out the app? That’s just stupid.
  • So clunky

Honestly - this is one of the most useless things I’ve ever encountered. It does not promote communication, and seems only to serve as means to limit communication with its clunky e-mail-like interface and lack of features unless you pony up hundreds of dollars per year to do what your phone you install it upon already does for you. This is abhorrent in its nature, and while I can see some utility in it in certain instances, it is certainly not a necessary or easy tool for co-parenting. I suppose the biggest use is to take money from people TRYING to communicate and for allowing lawyers to bill more hours for reading all your messages. Shameless and awful - I wish I could give it zero stars.
  • Cons…

    1. You can’t “text”, it’s basically email. It doesn’t show your replies to messages unless you look in the sent folder. This means you have to go back and forth from sent to inbox if you want to read through different messages. 2. The font is so small you need a magnifying glass to read it. 3. It doesn’t record calls even though it says it does. Basically, it’s a waste of money.
  • Not worth the price

It’s almost been a full year of having this app. We’ve had numerous issues of it crashing & not connecting. One of the biggest issues is that they don’t offer kid’s lines to have phone call access. It’d be nice to have this feature for children so phone calls can be recorded on their devices when emotional abuse doesn’t stop with the parents.
  • Photo uploads don’t work

While I truly appreciate the concept and utility of of this app in my high conflict divorce, there are glitches preventing full usage that are infuriating. Every. Single. Time. I try to upload photos in the moments section I get an error, the photos don’t upload, and I’m unable to document in the app what I need to. What’s the purpose of paying a high premium if the app doesn’t even work the way it’s intended?
