    The location doesn’t pick up unless you manually change it. Should you experience this, though they take your money immediately, there’s a chance they won’t return it immediately.

    There is no point in ordering on the app because you still have to wait at the window for them to make the food just like you would if you ordered at the drive thru.

    I placed an order on the app for pickup last night 10/20/24 but when I arrived they were out of half of the items I ordered so I told them I was just going to cancel. Well I canceled it but I never got my refund. On the app it says the order is ready for pickup.

    One of the main draws of the is app is scanning the bar code on receipts for rewards points. I have an iPhone 15, and it never works I’ve been using apps that scan QR and bar codes for over a decade. I am using others right now. This is the only app in which it does not work Aside from that it’s a serviceable restaurant app, but since a major component is broken I have to rate it one star

    I’ve used this app a thousand times with no issues but now the check out screen doesn’t check out. It’s lasted over a month. I hit the button and it doesn’t go to the check out screen at all. Does this company not even want my money??

    I tried repeatedly to login to the app and got an error message every time because somewhere along the line they switched to email authentication instead of letting me put in a password. That’s all well and good if the login links they email actually work, but if they don’t then you’re hosed. To top it off, there’s no way to order delivery except through the app. It’s absurd.
