  • App working poorly

    Not sure what has happened to the app. My location serves breakfast but you can’t locate it on the app to even view the menu. No updates needed either I checked. You have to go to the drive-thru & old school it. Many times the app freezes or the home tab shows nothing. Hate it.

    Been trying to order on multiple different occasions and still it only ever says that items aren’t available when I know that the store sells what I’m ordering. It’s ridiculous that I can’t order online still. Trash app big waste of time. Save yourself the trouble and just go somewhere else.

    This is by far the worst app I have for fast food. The deals are worthless or nonexistent. The rewards expire too fast and are not worth the hassle. Constantly logged me out and I have to log back in. App runs very slow slowly and glitch. It’s not worth even using.

    Taco Bell app is a crock. Not only have they raise their prices way too much, I have over $200 in receipts and they don’t allow you to have a barcode on the receipt so you can’t ever accumulate points. When you call or send an email to customer service, they never get back to you. I have sent seven emails and yet to hear a response

    Automatic additional charges for fresco now for ordering through the app since it adds pico as a separate item. Removing the add on manually removes fresco style.

  • Reward program impossible to use

    It is almost impossible to redeem a reward and I recently lost 1400 points for a combo meal that neither I nor the employee could figure out to apply to my order. The other problem is that there is no way to have a final view of your order to customize items or ensure accuracy. Love the food but this app is a big zero.
