    They came up with his mobile order thing so they could cut their employees. It's not faster. It's not more convenient. It's just less wages they have to pay. Literal corporate greed at it's finest

  • Preventing me from ordering…

    For years, I’ve pointed at the Chick-fil-A app as genius when it comes to facilitating orders. Basically flawless. I opened it today and whatever the new UX is, it’s preventing me from ordering at a restaurant that I don’t order at all the time. Even though it’s the closest one to me. There has to be a name for when companies we know are capable of near perfection do something so subpar and the outsized cranky feelings that produces… I’m feeling it now.

    I use this app quite often and would be great if you can add a “special request/notes” at the end right before placing the order. Currently, there’s none that I know of. Thanks!

    App works and then sometimes it doesn’t and gives a 422 error. Thought it was due my phone needing updated but it does it even when my phone and the app are updated and chick fila is no help when it’s brought to their attention.

    I rarely leave reviews but I came to express how much I dislike the Chick-fil-a’s app works. I don’t want to wait 15 minutes to get my food when I order pick up. If I did I would just get in line. Please remove the “i’m here” confirmation start my order. I’ve been in a hurry several times now and forgot to hit the “i’m here” option before I left my office, got to the restaurant, realize they haven’t even started my order and have been late to get back to work. I recognize my need to make sure I hit the “I’m here” button before I leave if I want my order ready when I get there but these function is annoying, frustrating and just unnecessary.

    Three years ago, my grandkids put the app on my phone as a Christmas gift and show me how to use it which I use a couple of times a week to say I love it is an understatement. It’s the best Christmas gift ever and it keeps on giving.
