I enjoy using Eventbrite because of the ease of use. I especially like the autofill. I also like that you don’t oversaturate me with a lot of text even though you have my info.

  • Why an app?

I don’t want more bloatware to confirm a purchase. Waste of phone space and waste of time.

  • Useless App

I was trying to attend some online events for a class assignment and got tickets, however when it was around the time that the event would start and leading up to then, I was never sent any links or instructions/email to even join the events like the website stated. This happened twice, I tried to join on this app and on the website on my Laptop, nothing works. Why would I spend money purchasing tickets for an event on here, when even the free events are unreliable?
  • Fix your app please

App is great never every single time I want to add an event to my calendar it fails saying my sharing settings are restricted yet I confirm it has full access to my calendar. It only works if I disable calendar sharing and then enable full again. I have to do this every, single, time. It’s annoying.

If I download the tickets without creating an account, I get 6 unlabeled QR codes for four different types of tickets. Instead of using trial and error at the gate, I installed this app, which then tried to trick me into providing personal information. I’m pretty sure I just paid over $50 in fees for this treatment.
