Miss the comments and the ability to get articles that don’t feel sanitized of controversy and detail.

Star tribune is way too far left as evidenced by its editorials. Would be nice if it showed a little be understanding of fiscal issues rather than supporting all the progressive programs with no consideration for cost.

The app update is great. But it now locks me out despite having a paid subscription and no amount of refreshing helps. Please fix this.
  • App isn’t user friendly

This should be a free site. Your biased coverage is not worth a nickel.
  • Online hassle

I am a long time subscriber and get the print version as well as reading articles on-line. The on-line version is almost always a hassle to use, for requiring sign-in every time I open the app. But the new update takes the cake, it was impossible to open even after changing my password (as directed). Come on ST - modernize! Georgiana May St Paul

They busted the app. It no longer accepts my credentials for the app. The work for the website and facsimile edition. Tried all their fixes. No luck.
  • No longer accepting comments on articles.

I don’t understand why comments on articles are no longer available in the app. I would think journalists at the paper would welcome interaction and dialogue with subscribers. I enjoy reading the comments for additional context and perspective.
