    It’s horrible… they will make you sign up for a whole year. Movies are all old and most of time the time streaming on TV doesn’t even work. Don’t spend your money on Hallmark + it is horrible.
  • Pricey! With Super Glitchy/Buggy App & Website Features😡

    Huge Corporation. Makes zillion$, yet cares so little for the overall performance of their Apps, and even their main Website’s Features. Loading, Streaming, Functions, Features, Ecards, etc., etc. For the money Hallmark charges, it’s doubtful that our Family will renew its membership. The hassle just isn’t worth it anymore. If there’s any issues, Hallmark never resolves/upgrades anything; and assumes that the Customer must be using weird Equipment, is clueless/ignorant, or is a novice of some kind🙄. Which we aren’t. Beyond condescending. And the problem(s) can’t possibly be Hallmark’s Software/Firmware. Crud, even the Ecards created on their main Website won’t properly save Card Projects; and so many of the functions don’t work correctly. It’s way too cumbersome & glitchy. And always loses every ‘saved’ Ecard, when it’s supposed to save/keep them for 90 days! So what exactly are Customers paying for?! Nothing more than Hallmark’s failures. With today’s technology there is zero excuse for a Corporation the size of Hallmark, to have such unreliable App(s) & Website Features…
  • Great Content, horrible app

    Super excited for Hallmark, especially this time of year. Unfortunately the app development is just really bad. The only place I’ve gotten the playback to work has been on my phone but PIP doesn’t work and the casting to other devices is spotty. The app just flat out doesn’t work on my other devices and I’ve tried my Apple TV, two different Samsung smart TVs, and my brand new Sony smart TV. Was very excited for this but unfortunately will probably be cancelling. I have no use for an app that doesn’t work :-/
  • Doesn’t support Picture in Picture and split mode

    Don’t know why this app doesn’t support Picture in Picture and/or split mode on Apple iPad. All other streaming apps allow me to play videos in the background or in split mode while I’m checking email, shopping, or working. This defeats some of the wonderful things of owning and using an Apple iPad.

    Cant even watch a movie without it constantly freezing and kicking me off and its NOT my internet cause everything else works except this app! It doesn’t work on my tv nor my phone its the worst!

    This app is a complete disappointment. The new holiday movies aren’t on the app. Why? New ABC content goes on Hulu the next day, for example. Waste of money. Canceled and out $80. Not even in the mood to watch Hallmark at all at this point. There aren’t as many holiday movies on Netflix, but at least you know what you’re getting.

    during Christmas, the hallmark channel releases a new Christmas movie every weekend, so why doesn’t the app add a new Christmas movie once a week??
  • Content is stellar, functionality is lackluster

    I have enjoyed the content and find the selection to be ample and enjoyable. The app itself has a multitude of flaws with background performance. Loading, freezes, and continuity across devices remain very challenging with multiple crashes and force closes required to load content. Developers need to work on stability and functionality; my focus was on the technical aspects; as content is separate from the point of "application " reviews. Definitely some work to be done.
