    This app is exactly what I was looking for. I was using Google Calendar to track workouts before. This app is so smooth and looks great. So functional, and you can do a lot with the free version. So easy to move your workouts around after setting things up. I see myself using this for a long time coming.
  • Won’t save templates

    I have a love hate relationship with this app. I love its capabilities. But I cannot save templates. I used to be able to log out and back in and see them. But not now. It simply won’t save my templates and it’s so frustrating. :(

  • Great apps but misses some basic exercises

    I’ve had this app for over two years and I really like it for how simple it is and how it shows how to perform many exercises. However it is still missing a lot of basic machine exercises. So if you want to track them you have to ‘create them’ yourself on the app. That’s fine if we are talking about something complex, but for something as simple as a seated machine dip there’s no reason for it not to be included or added after so long

    I’ve used this app since 2018. The only thing I wish it had was a way to rearrange the templates. You have to delete the template then rebuild it in the order you want. Other than that it’s perfect for me.

    My biggest issue with this app is that it constantly deletes my workout templates! It’s hard to keep things tracked when it’s getting deleted.

    After trying numerous apps to keep track of my gym routine, strong seemed like the best option. Easy to use and I like the layout much better than others so I decided to get the paid version. Now it seems that u can count on it syncing to my Apple Watch Ultra maybe 7 out of 10 times. I open the app on my phone when starting my routine, and most of the time it also opens on my watch to mirror my phone which is very useful, but about 30% of the time it doesn’t unless I uninstall from my watch and reinstall. Major PITA and ruins the convenience of keeping my phone in my pocket.

    Good concept and ok execution but lacking basic functionality. For example, if you want to save two different style chest routines and they both have barbell chest press, but one has high weight low reps and the other has low weight high reps, strong will overwrite the older template with the newer one, because it can’t fathom you doing the same exercise with different rep/weight combos. It’s incredibly frustrating if you like to rotate through different routines over the year, because it will ruin your old templates’ rep/weight info.
