    I love how flexible this app is. The options for data analytics, the encouragement after every workout, the metrics for measuring progress, it’s all phenomenal. I do sometimes wish there were a few more ways of tracking volume increases on all workouts, some only let you measure total reps or average reps/set. But unfortunately, I regularly break the app. Between Apple Watch syncing, duplicating workouts occasionally and all the history I’ve accumulated, it crashes probably once a month at least. Not too bad though. I’m not sure if my phone just can’t process all the data (but I’ve got the iPhone 16 pro max, so unlikely) or if the app just gets a little overloaded. But I’ve got probably 400 or so workouts logged over the course of 3 or so years. And I tried to used all of that data in the Advanced setting for history. The app crashed and now I can’t get it to load up at all. 😂 Whoops. I’m not sure how to fix it now.

    I’m an OG with this app. I’ve had it since it came out. I haven’t tried to find a different workout app since I began using this one because it isn’t necessary. It’s very easy to create custom workouts and it has every exercise ever preloaded. Fantastic UI and always works.
  • Do not use with Watch app!

    App is buggy when using with the watch. Without asking, it will override the lifts you e done if you left the watch in your locker before you end the workout. Then all your meticulously written lifts will be DELETED. do better!! This is not acceptable.

    This app is basically unusable with an Apple Watch. It almost always disconnects and loses your workout data.
