    Very few options. Just as much fake and spam accounts as other apps. No refunds. Refusal to delete profile when asked. No standards despite being a “high quality” dating app. Plenty of profiles with no pictures, and no info. None existent customer service; no phone number, and took three email to even get a response, and had the audacity to send me promos and “please use our app” emails, all while ignoring my requests.

    This is the biggest scam and I’m very unhappy with this dating site. It’s very restrictive until you subscribe. You should be able to have a grace period for people to try this out first and get a feel for it. Instead you lock people in with a non refundable clause to make payments to subscribe to this dating site. Also, it’s not monthly payments which most people can afford, instead it is 4 installments which guarantees you get paid. It’s absolutely ridiculous and that’s exactly how you get your money because you know people will pay so they can see more than what this site allows you to do without the subscription. I won’t be recommending this to anyone. Options are very limited.

    Previously purchased the 12 month plan, no real results, basically it was a waste of money, and I had to go through multiple steps in order to prevent my account from being Charged an additional 12 months plan at a higher rate. That fine print is where they get you. Their claim of matching a number of couples is total B.S., I would not believe it unless they could prove every single person. Their entire system is a joke, they recycle people that you have already either rejected, or that do not match for some reason.

    Eharmony is capitalizing on and taking advantage of lonely people. Charging just to send messages is ridiculous. Gotta squeeze every last cent right? This is exactly why your app isn’t popular. Look at this message when your company goes under.

    As someone who used eharmony years ago, I have to say things have NOT improved. Quite the opposite. Literally one in three profiles are fake. I’ve constantly gotten notifications from the eharmony “security team” that a profile I matched with has been taken down due to fraudulent intent. Check the BBB website - eharmony has one of the lowest ratings I’ve ever seen. Oh, and forget about cancelling your membership - it’s not happening.

    Limited user population and poor ‘matching’ compared to other apps like Hinge and Match. Tried to end subscription after less than 30 days but met a wall with customer support who wanted to pause my subscription or give me a free extension, completely missing the point of my request. I just don’t want to keep paying for a useless service.

  • Worst dating app out there

    Do not pay for this ridiculous app. The match making is horrible and limited, the excuse they give you is every match is specifically tailored for you blah blah blah. Most of the time they’re fake profiles trying to get you to visit them on some other social media platform to chat. There are so many better options out there that are cheaper and have way better matches. Again, I can’t believe how bad this dating app is they are stealing money from people.

    I have been on this app for about nine months. It has resulted in one date. And I have been very active and interacting with the cards that are given to me. The biggest issue that I come across are profiles that are scammers. For the resources that the company has I do not understand why a verification process has not been implemented to weed out the fake users. Every other dating app that I use has some level of photo verification. Why doesn’t eHarmony?

    The app isn’t great and the user database wasn’t a good match. They promise a 3 day guarantee but do not actually honor that.

    I was very hopeful when I downloaded this app and had heard many good things about it. Unfortunately, I do not have anything good to say about this app. Any time I get a like I go in and read the profile and it has hidden contact info either with the phone number written on a photo or an email address In the listing somewhere. I feel I have wasted $500 which I could’ve used somewhere else.
