Splitwise limits to 3 transactions, forced to watch 10s ad before adding a transaction.

I was only able to add 4 expenses before I reached my Splitwise Free daily expense limit. That’s not very helpful when trying to organize expenses after a trip.

Just Amazing and easy to use.
  • Simple things could improve splitwise tenfold but they continue to ignore users.

    1) everyone likes Venmo and no one wants to use your dumb payment feature. Let people set their Venmo @username in their splitwise profile JFC such a simple thing that would solve so many problems. 2) if someone settles up and pays a few cents extra to round to next dollar, don’t then create a reverse debt and say that person now owes you the $0.06 you rounded up by. This is so dumb.
  • Subscription model now - way too expensive

We have used this app for years and it was ad supported and free. It’s been great. And I understand that developers shouldn’t work for free. So I am totally ok paying a subscription fee. But I’m not paying $40 a year to balance bar tabs with friends. Actually, each of us would have to pay $40 a year. So no. Make it $9.99 a year and that would be reasonable.
