Since January I cannot download any issues and cannot login anymore, despite having reset my password. The magazine content itself is great but the mymagazine account and their support is not satisfying. I paid for the magazine but cannot read it:-(

Being a newbie I find the content interesting full information things to learn about. I have Linux Mint 19.3 on several computers and on one I have Linux 20, my only wish was a simply upgrade feature a newbie could use as Windows 10 has.

Bought thru iTunes I wasn’t getting my issues but they were taking the money from my account every month. Customer support was slim to none when asking for help with the issue. When finally getting in contact with someone through email due to no number being available I was only refunded 1 month with issues I had paid for still asking me for payment before I could download. I reached out numerous times to only be ignored. Thanks Jellisa iTunes customer support. Would not purchase anything through iTunes in the future.
  • Don't buy through apple!!!!!

This would have been a 5-star review. However: If you buy your subscription through iTunes (for full price), you can only read your issues on Apple-branded hardware. If you create an account on their website, and buy that way, you can then sign in and read on anything. Support won't even be sympathetic, let alone fix the issue. I don't think I need to point out the irony in a magazine about Linux that doesn't work on Linux. Second, despite the fact that I have an active subscription, and all of the back issues, the app keeps bombarding me with offers to buy the back issues I already own. As I mentioned, this is a 5-star app, but since neither the publisher nor Apple will fess up to how badly you're getting screwed by buying this way, I thought I'd try to save at least one other person from this debacle. tl;dr: DO NOT BUY MAGAZINE SUBSCRIPTIONS THROUGH APPLE IF YOU OWN ANY NON-APPLE DEVICES!!!!!!

I used to run to my local brick & mortar bookstore to get these magazines as soon as the new issue was available. Then I found this wonderful app. Now for much less I get the current issue and don't have to do anything besides open the app.
