    so i had a snap acc for a few years and it got hacked etc it got banned . i made a NEW one that got locked somehow i wasn't doing anything or going against the guidelines. now my phone is banned from using snap and i did not do anything but try and use the app but it kept glitching for unknown reasons . i'm pretty sure someone had my account but i don't know . it won't let me get my snap back or even make or log into a account now on my phone and i don't have time to get a new phone or get a new etc. somebody from the snapchat team please reach out to me because i haven't said anything bad to anyone. i know my sister has had my account but i don't know if she goes on it nor do i know how to check that .

    I Really Don’t Like This App It Needs To Be Shutdown And I’m Deleting My Account On This App Because Nobody Wants To Be Friends With Me And That Not Really Respectful And Why Nobody Understand That They Don’t Appreciate Bring Friends With Me Well That Really Hurts My Feelings And I’m Just Really Upset And I Really Think This App Needs To Be Shutdown.

    No you cannot have access to my location, no you cannot have access to my contacts list, honestly cannot remember what other annoying things get popped up in my face using my app but it seriously makes me consider deleting my account. I still hate the useless ai thing popped up at the top of my screen. GO AWAY AI

    I need to speak to a real person about my situation but can’t. I got a phone number called it and said it was unavailable to get help. I no longer have the email or phone number linked to my account and i forgot the password i have no way to access it and really need some help but can’t get it. Terrible service

    I am so sick of getting notifications for stories from people I don’t follow. I do not care about what anyone is doing outside of the people I already follow. I will never watch ANYTHING on the discover page no matter how many notifications you give for it. - There is no reason we should be forced to have an Ai chat forced to the top of our feed. It is not okay to make removing it only possible if you pay for snapchat+. Let us take this stupid annoying feature off of our interface if we want to.
