    I used to enjoy using Video Star, but the app has become extremely frustrating. Every time I try to log in, it gives me the “Exceeded the number of Devices” error, even after not using it for three months. I tried to renew my subscription, thinking the issue would resolve itself, but the same message popped up again. To make things worse, my account was previously suspended just because I requested a refund. There’s no clear explanation, no warning, and no easy way to reach support or manage devices. It feels like once you have any kind of issue with your subscription, you’re stuck in a loop of errors and blocks. For an app that charges for premium features, the customer experience and account management tools need serious improvement. I hope the developers take feedback like this seriously.

    I’ve been using this app for like 3 yeras and I think It’s rellay good. However, there are so many carshes with multilayers specially when u add over 5 layers, I hope u fix this problem 🙏🏻

    If u can’t afford ae, use video star! It’s an amazing app. Helps with editing, if you’re looking for a challenge, combine video star + CapCut! best duo lol

    I’ve tried multiple times to reload my subscription to videostar and it keeps giving me subscription errors try again later, this app is a waste of money, i had resubscribed for another year and i can’t access the pro features in the app

    I had to get use to it when I got the app I had brought vsp I had the app about a 1-2 week and my vsp doesn’t work anymore and it hasn’t been a month yet

    Hear me out I love video star and been using it for years but what I hate is when I’m out of storage and have to delete the app I can’t restore my old edit and all my hard work basically gone to waste I feel like you guys need to fix this issue

    I bought a Subscription and it expired, I still had access to all the effects but when I canceled it I wasn’t able to access to anything, NOT even coloring. So I wanted to come here to tell you
