A total scam. I purchased a bed in February, no confirmation until a week later, and then said it would take 24 days to ship. When it came to 9 days until it was supposed to ship I got a message saying the product was out of stock. I tried contacting the seller for the entirety of this issue and did not receive a single reply, I tried reaching out to AliExpress support and also no response. I tried canceling multiple different times and it wouldn’t allow me, there is an option but it takes you to the same page as before. Now I’m out of a bed for me and my very young sister and my last $100 bucks for the next two weeks.

I’ve never gotten so many notifications about the same subject in my life this app here does just that and aggravating Customer Service is nonexistent besides an automated teller and it repeats the same thing smh

I have order several items from AliExpress the quality is okay Last time I order the material was not as they advertised.Even thought they advertised that I could return it without any problem ,but they didn’t allow me to return they asked for pictures I send them But still they didn’t allow my items to be returned
