  • Will Not Allow Login, Web Interface Is Unusable

This app should be pulled from the store. It is unusable both in the app and on the web. I wanted to change the email address that I logged in with, but that’s impossible because on the web, only half the screen is visible. It’s like this with Safari, Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Opera. I finally found a desktop browser that allowed me to ADD a username. Then, there was an option to delete the old one, but tapping ‘Delete’ does nothing. So, I figured I’d try to delete the old login back in the app. I can’t even sign in. Regardless of which email address I put in, tapping ‘Next’ does not let me put in a password. So now I can’t get into the app at all. Frustrating, unusable garbage. Remove it and relist it when it’s ready to be functional.

FEEDLY DOES NOT SCROLL EXCEPT FOR JUST A COUPLE OF FEEDS AND THEN DOES NOT GIVE YOU ANY MORE FEEDS. I HAVE GOOD INTERNET. FEEDLY IS WORTHLESS ON IPAD.
  • Great reader with some glitches

I love the app overall. I wish they could fix the issue on iOS where all of the articles show up again after you read them in individual folders.

Feedly has kept me up to date on my industry and the world since 2013. No ads or apps or distractions. Just pleasant reading from the feeds I choose. Great app and reliable service. No complaints in 12 years.
  • This Actually Works

This is the first news aggregate I’ve found in years that actually refreshes when new articles are written. Flipboard and Google News need to take notes because NEWS IS SUPPOSED TO BE NEW, not something that refreshes biweekly. Well done Feedly!
  • Great RSS feed reader, just needs 2 fixes

I've been with Feedly since around the time the switch occurred from Google Reader. It's the app, website, and browser extension I use to read RSS feeds. I think the service is great, but I would like to see two improvements: 1. Please fix the sidebar rearrangement feature in the app--I can access it via the Edit button, but moving a feed within a folder doesn't stick--they're stuck in alphabetical order. 2. Even though I'm using the dark theme, an annoyingly bright slide-up card occasionally appears, and I just swipe it down rather than reading it because it hurts my eyes. Please make that card match the theme I'm using. Thanks for considering my suggestions.

Bee. Using Feedly for many years and it’s been a solid RSS reader for me.
  • Can I sort my feeds, please?

By Want to like, but frustrated
I want to like this app but I find it very frustrating that I can’t sort my feed list. It impacts the user experience because you see articles in the order of this list, and it’s a pain to scroll to the higher priority content. I decided to reorganize my feeds recently and now I feel like I’m being punished for it each time I use the app, to the point where I might stop using it after being a regular user. Reorganizing again would be incredibly tedious because I would essentially need to remake each list in the order I want to see it. Please just add a sort function. I promise it will help with your user retention. I’ll also note that the mobile experience is much better than browser. On the browser view, the text is very small even when adjusting size, and there is so much negative space on the non list views. I can’t really use it on my browser for these reasons. I wonder how many users also exclusively use mobile, not quite by choice. Update: it looks like they added this functionality on the web app, but not the mobile app. Helpful but I wonder if other users will realize they should try it on web. I was more motivated to look but I could see people getting frustrated if just try mobile and it doesn’t work. Regards, Your friendly neighborhood product manager
  • The Best

Feedly is a great news-reader/RSS app. By far the best I have used. It is extremely flexible and features-rich and user-friendly. It is perfect for me. The owners are very active in making updates and improvements. Obviously they really take pride and care and their product. And it is completely censorship-free. Formerly, I used a competing app beginning with Ino. I was shocked and appalled when the other one started pasting “warnings” and other censorship labels on sources. All at the deep state’s behest, and right on cue. Which meant, who knew what other censorship they were engaging in. I ditched the other app because of that, and from the ensuing replacement search, I found Feedly, which turned out to be a far superior app anyway—not just in its lack of stupid, annoying labeling and other censorship, but far more generally too. It all worked out perfectly. Lemonade from the bitter lemons of Ino censorship. You will love Feedly. It’s the best by far.

It used to work good, but for the past few months I get Load Failed initially, or when the articles refresh. It’s almost unusable now.
