  • Terrible ads

My club pays to use this app yet somehow I have to endure mind numbing pop up ads at full volume like it’s 2003. Or I can pay for a subscription that still doesn’t remove ads.
  • Problems for 6 weeks. TeamSnap can not fix

My community’s athletic program switched to this app and it’s been nonfunctional for myself and several other parents. Team Snap has been unable to fix for 6 weeks which is the entire season. Writing this review to escalate the problem in hopes it finally gets some attention from TeamSnap before the next sports season starts. The issue is something is wrong with the invitation emails to join a team. They never come through. There is a way to search within the app for invitations that have been sent to your emails ; however those searches come up with no invitations sent. Now the league sent the invite to me more than once to try to resolve with no luck. The league has the correct email because (this is the kicker) I get alerts to my email to remind me of games. I can’t use the TeamSnap links within that email to respond to my kid’s attendance because it says we aren’t in an active team. I dont understand why this issue isn’t getting fixed.
  • Good app but needs a few tweaks

Please support the iOS 18 tinted icons. It would be nice if the calendar automatically synced with our phones. There are too many options to communicate and I don't get the notifications even though I have it on.All the website options should be available in the app. Apple TV support would be great for the training section.

Ads are severely disruptive. Makes it difficult to use app.
  • Getting worse every update

The ens#*tification of a formerly useful app continues. First more intrusive ads throughout the app, then removing features unless you pay extra each month, and ads that you have to watch before going between views. You know what I don’t want in an app that either me or my club pays for? Ads. If they had a “free” version with ads for people who weren’t paying customers, that would be fine. But paid users watching ads is such a gigantic pain.
  • Too many ads

There are way too many ads now and makes the app nearly unusable. There is an ad or even multiple every time the user does something. It is faster to close the app and restart it instead of going from team to team or from function to function.

I just was in Team Snap and had no problems. I received a notification that I needed to update to the most current version. This would “fix” a bunch of bugs. Now I get error messages telling me to log out and log back in but the bugs won’t let me. Needs more work. It used to with relatively flawlessly.

The whole apps purpose was to say yes or no to practices or games. Now you have to pay for that feature. Also ads are too intrusive and ruin the whole app. BRUTAL

Great app until the started having advertisements every single time you open the app. Absolutely ridiculous the amount of adds.
