    I wish I could give less than one star. This platform is an unsafe piece of garbage. My teenage daughter was hacked, and it was so easy for the hacker to change all the recovery options. The most ridiculous part? Even though we lost access to the account, I could still see the hacker’s newly added email and phone number. We were hacked through Meta Horizon — which we never even set up. The security is absolutely pathetic

  • Ridiculous disabling of accounts

I’ve had multiple accounts, including @sixfeettallandsuperstrong, @meatchip_, @sixfeettallandsuperstrong2, @sixfeettallandsuperstr0ng, and most recently, @sixfeettallandsuperstrong__, all permanently disabled without any clear explanation or justification. As a 15-year-old (soon to be 16), I am well aware of and compliant with community guidelines. The content on these accounts was harmless and deeply personal, including irreplaceable memories, art, and messages from deceased friends. Despite my appeals and submission of official identification, Instagram has repeatedly denied my requests for reinstatement. This is unacceptable. The lack of transparency and support is appalling. I demand a thorough review of my case and the immediate restoration of my accounts. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to consider further action. Sincerely, Miles Chipps

    i'm trying to highlight a story already posted, but it refuses to load in. with or without wifi. i'm so disappointed with the development of this app. update: now i can't make a post with multiple medias anymore. i turnt my phone on and off, i'm using wifi and all, at least i can actually post on tiktok. i will be deleting this app soon. too many malfunctions.

    Bad. They disabled my account that i’ve had for over 4 years, all my information was in it and they disabled without a reason to. It’s unfair for me when i always followed the guidelines. No one’s helping me out and instagram doesn’t help out neither meta ai.

    My last few accounts kept getting suspended for no reason and I don’t and I don’t post on it. I don’t do anything on it. Y’all keep taking my account for no reason.

    I’ve had instagram since 2012 and I’ve never experienced problems up until now. I can no longer post stories or follow new people and I have no idea why. I’ve made appeals and wanted my post to get reviewed and still haven’t heard a word. I really enjoyed this app until now and if this problem doesn’t get resolved I will no longer be using the app.
